Magna-Dry

The person who came by was fine and seemed to do a decent job. My biggest complaint is that we were told that the carpet would be dry 3-5 hours at the most. We had a beautiful day outside when it was done (sunny and about 70 degrees) so we were able to have all our windows open. Even with that, it still wasn't dry 10 hours later. Not sure why. The reason we chose to go with a dry cleaning service rather than a steam cleaning service was drying time. I gave a 'B' rating for quality of work because we were told it was going to be dry and it wasn't even close. We felt that was a disappointment with respect to the quality of work. Aside from our drying time complaint, the carpet was done reasonably well. There was a stain or two that didn't come out, but the cleaning person stated that before they started their work. Honestly though, I didn't think they were as absolutely wonderful as most of the reviewers stated. Given everything we would probably use a steam cleaning company because they were cheaper and seemed to do the same level of work in the end.

Arrived on time!!!!! It took about 1 1/2 hours. They charge by the sq. ft. so areas were measured upon arrival and an estimate given for my approval to begin. The cost was reasonable and the work was done neatly. They did exactly what they said they would do and the carpets look great. This was my first time to use a dry clean process and I was pleasantly surprised at the outcome. I will use this company again.

Fantastic! Tim, the technician arrived right on time. We did a walk through and I indicated which things should be moved and which could be left in place as well as pointed out the obvious problem areas. Tim wrote up the work order and gave the total price before work began. I left and returned about 3 hours later to a very well cleaned carpet.

It went very well. They were on time, in fact a few minutes early. They were very professional. Taking care to confirm if I wanted furniture moved etc. The work was done quickly and professionally. The results were more then I expected. I thought I would need to get new carpet, even after it was cleaned, but it looks almost new!

Arrived on time. Process took 2 hours and carpets were dry 2 hours later. Service tech was prompt, professional and friendly.

They came on time and were very clean and professional. They paid attention to what they were doing. We were satisfied with their work and felt comfortable with them in the house.

The workman arrived on time, vacuumed and then spot sprayed and cleaned. They had cleaned the carpet before but it was 3 years ago. We have two cats that barf up hairballs so although we clean up those spots, they are two somewhat visible. All the spots were removed and best of all because of the process the carpets are dry in 2-3 hours. We have wool carpets and steam cleaning leaves them damp for 12-24 hours.

The technician arrived on time. He did an excellent job. He treated numerous urine stains and also treated cola stains. Deon was pleasant and efficient. I offered to pay extra because he couldn't clean all areas originally requested. My son returned from college and dumped all of his stuff in the additional room I wanted clean. Deon refused to accept any extra money.

THEY DID THE STAIRS AND THE HALLWAY AND SEVERAL AREA RUGS. THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH AND DID GOOD JOB, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

It was great. The fellow that came out, Tim Stevens, he was prompt and on time. He was knowledgeable. He got out the spots that I did not think would come out.

THEY ALWAYS DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO. I LIKE THAT THEY ALWAYS MOVE THE FURNITURE BACK TO ITS PLACE. I AM ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH THE JOB THAT THEY DO. I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.

Magna Dry performed carpet cleaning for me several times. I am a delighted repeat customer and will get their services again.

The company was easy to contact and scheduled an appointment within 10 days. We needed to reschedule the appointment two different times because of conflicts. The company was very understanding and rescheduled each time without any problem. One person arrived to do the work and then called for backup to help make the job more efficient. The carpet was dry within several hours.

We have used Magna-Dry before with good results and so were confident the job would be done well, and it was. Joel arrived on time and was pleasant, hard-working and efficient. The carpet looked great when he was through and dried completely in two hours, just as he had predicted. We used to have our carpets steam-cleaned, but now we are converts to this superior method and this excellent company.

I have used Magna Dry for over ten years and have recommended them just as long. They are a bit expensive, but worth every cent (as good a job as they do).

My experience with Magna Dry was very positive. They arrived at the promised time, worked efficiently and left my carpeting looking very clean. It looked clean but not soaking wet, which is a problem with traditional cleaning methods. The pricing was very fair for the amount and quality of work done. The actual process was not at all intrusive and the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. I was completely satisfied with the company and the procedure and would certainly use this company again and recommend it highly.

Dionne arrived exactly on time. He first measured the areas to be cleaned & gave me the exact price (they charge per square foot; we got the discount price of 35 cents per square foot because the house is empty; they also charge $1.75 per step. I believe the normal price is 38 cents per square foot). It took him about 3.5 hours to complete the job & the carpets look fabulous! The carpets took approximately 3 to 4 hours to dry. I will definitely use them again!

Excellent job, easy to schedule and the man who did the work was polite and efficient. Slight dampness and citrusy odor after the cleaning, disappeared quickly.

Our experience with Magna Dry has been excellent from our first experience. We were given their name via word of mouth & have used them to clean carpets in our apartment building at least 15 times over the past several years. They are always punctual, very responsive, & always do a very good job for us.

The whole experience was very enjoyable. The work person was excellent. First they did a color fast test, and then scheduled the cleaning.

I was pleased with the results or their cleaning. They worked efficiently, were prompt arriving, and returning my call. The workers were neatly dressed and polite.
