Description of Work: They came to our home, removed 17 micro mini blinds, cleaned and dried them in a special van in the driveway. Then reinstalled them in a very short time frame. The blinds and cords were sparkling clean and no damage. |We have used them several times and have found them to be very professional and efficient. |Will continue to use them in the future.

Description of Work: I recently used MAGNADRY CARPET CLEANING, 10080 Commerce Park Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45246 after initially recommending them a number of years ago to Angie's List. Well, I was not disappointed! I took them two vintage Karastan carpet runners (for hallways) that I had purchased at auction. One was absolutely filthy! I bought it sight unseen because I didn't have time to go to the auction preview but the price was right. I thought, when I picked it up, the runner would end up being cream, gray, brown or maybe black even though I had never seen a Karastan those colors. It was just my "impression". After having it cleaned, it turned out to be burgundy, turquiose, navy/black and cream colored. While I am going to need to send it to have the fringe replaced because it is sadly needed, they did a fantastic job in cleaning it! I couldn't believe it was the same rug. The other rug just needed to be cleaned and they did what I needed. I would highly recommend this company to any Angie's List member. The price was extremely reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I was very pleased with the entire process and my order was handled in a very timely manner by them which was impressive also.

+ -1 moreCALLED TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT AND GENTLEMAN WHO ANSWERED PHONE SUGGESTED WE GET AN ESTIMATE FIRST. DID SO, AND THEY WERE EVEN EARLY FOR THE ESTIMATE. CALLED BACK THE SAME DAY THE ESTIMATE WAS GIVEN TO SCHEDULE THE CLEANING. REQUESTED SPECIFIC DAY (6 DAYS AHEAD) SO THAT SOMEONE WOULD BE AT HOME. GIRL IN THE OFFICE REARRANGED SOME THINGS TO PUT US EARLY MORNING AS REQUESTED. DAY OF CLEANING CAME, HAD MY MOTHER IN LAW SIT AT MY HOUSE ON HER DAY OFF WAITING FOR THEM TO ARRIVE. BY 12 NOON THEY STILL HAD NOT SHOWN UP FOR THE 10:30 APPOINTMENT, SO I CALLED. A DIFFERENT GIRL IN THE OFFICE SAID THAT WE WEREN'T ON THE SCHEDULE FOR THAT DAY, AND HAD NO RECORD OF ME CALLING, ASIDE FROM GETTING AN ESTIMATE. AFTER SOME REARRANGING ON HER PART, SHE WAS ABLE TO GET SOMEONE OUT AT 2:30. CHRIS ARRIVED ABOUT A HALF HOUR EARLY (NO PROBLEM) AND WAS PERSONABLE, THOUGH HE QUESTIONED WHY THEY HAD ONLY SENT ONE GUY SINCE THEY HAD TO MOVE SOME FURNITURE. HE DID A GREAT JOB AND MY CARPETS LOOK TERRIFI

+ -1 moreI HAD SOME TROUBLE WITH THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED THEIR PHONE SINCE SHE SEEMED TO HAVE SEVERAL PEOPLE ON THE LINE AT ONCE AND DID NOT CALL TO CONFIRM THAT THEY WERE COMING. HOWEVER, THE GUY WHO CAME, CALLED TO SAY HE WOULD BE LATE. HE WAS BY HIMSELF BUT DID THE WORK VERY EFFICIENTLY (WE HAD ALREADY MOVED THE FURNITURE) AND PROMISED THAT THE CARPETS WOULD BE DRY IN 2 HOURS. THEY WERE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED AND WILL CALL THEM AGAIN FOR THIS JOB. NO MORE STEAM CLEANING FOR ME.

WHEN WE NEEDED TO HAVE THE WORK DONE VERY SOON BECAUSE OF VISITORS COMING, THE COMPANY SQUEEZED US INTO THEIR SCHEDULE. TIM, WHO DID THE CLEANING, WAS COMPETENT AND THOROUGH, AND VERY PLEASANT, TOO. THE WORK WAS DONE IN THE AMOUNT OF TIME THEY ESTIMATED (TWO HOURS) AND THE CARPETS DRIED IN TWO HOURS, AS PROMISED. THEY LOOKED AND FELT GREAT! WE HAD ONLY THE TRAFFIC AREAS DONE IN FOUR OF THE ROOMS, AND A COMPLETE JOB WITH FURNITURE MOVED IN OUR LARGE LIVING ROOM. WE OPTED FOR SCOTCH GUARD TREATMENT AFTER THE CLEANING, WHICH COST $100, BRINGING THE TOTAL TO $323, WHICH WE THOUGHT WAS REASONABLE. WE WILL DEFINITELY HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Description of Work: TIM VACUUMED MY FAMILY ROOM, LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, ALL THE BEDROOMS, HALLWAYS & STAIRWAYS FIRST. THEN HE APPLIED THE ULTRA DRY CLEANING FORMULA. AFTERWARD HE USED PADS ON A BUFFER LIKE MACHINE TO FINISH CLEANING MY CARPETS.
