 + -1 moreroof leaked many times and the ceiling in second floor fell in. Many expenses. Have judgement for the cost of roof and the damages. Stay away.
Description of Work: Replaced roof. On my office building. Leaked from the start. Ceiling in second floor fell in. No help from owner Mark Stiens. Went to court and obtained judgement in the amount of $8000.00. Now in the hands of collection attorney . Stay away as he NEVER corrected the problem or took care of the damage or returned calls.

 + -1 moreVery bad Mark Stiens owner does not return my. Many excusses with no results. Propery that is still leaking is at 3720 harrison ave, cincinnati ohio
Description of Work: Did my house and small business property. On house we hade TWO leaks after the new roof. On office leaks started and they came back many times. Roof still leaks and a 5 foot section of the ceiling is down. Have asked for his insurance information with no reply. No longer returns calls. Found out the roof was not to code as he simply applied abother layer. NOW have four which is a violation of code. We have to have another roof which will comply with code.\\Stay away. Now in the hands of a attorney

 + -1 moreThey will not honor their warranty or stand by their work. The guy is a complete liar and a terrible roofer.
Description of Work: They put a new roof on our house before we moved in and the warranty was transferred to us. We had several leaks due to lack of flashing and bad workmanship. We have called several times and they finally came out and slapped some flashing up, but did not fix the problem. We have continued to call them to get them to fix the problem and they won't respond. DO NOT USE THEM!

 + -1 moreWe had a leak on our roof and called this company to come out. They came out once and the leak was not fixed. They came out a second time and still did not fix the leak. The third time the pouring rain leaked again into the drywall. They said they would come out and fix the dry wall as well as pay for the bill. We paid for the work and he said he would reimburse the bill. After several failed attempts we have not received our money back. He will not return our calls. He is a liar and even said that we shouldn't have had to paid for the work!!! He even went as far to say that he was personally driving the check to us and he never showed!
Description of Work: They put a complete new roof onto our house before we moved in. The warranty was transferred to us.
