 + -1 moreI went to the Luke's Sewing and Vacuum Center in Amelia, Oh. They were so nice and professional. The work was done on time. Very friendly and well informed on the machines. I will go to them when it is time for a new machine.

Description of Work: They repaired my 30+ year old sewing machine. They told me that it would take 7-10 business days but due to so many machines coming in it took them 15 business days before it was ready for pickup. |I had to call two times to find out the status of my machine and they apologized for the delay and called me back once they found out the status. The even offered me a loaner when I called the second time. |The machine has been working fine and I would recommend them to any other person that need a sewing machine fixed.

 + -1 moreMy vacuum had suction, but the brushes were not turning. I took it in to the Amelia location. The man there took a quick look and identified that the belt was bad. He fixed it, tested it and had me out the door in about 10 minutes. I paid for just the belt. I'm happy!!Even though there are closer places to my house - I'll make the drive to Luke's for their friendly service!!

 + -1 moreThey did a very good job. They did a very thorough job. My sewing machine didn't need extra parts or anything, and is working like new.
Description of Work: I used Luke's Sewing Center to get my sewing machine repaired. They have a few locations but I went to the one in Blue Ash.
