Lou Vaughn Remodeling

We were beyond thrilled with the work Lou did for us!! His work is exceptional. He was here every day when he said he would be and at the end of the day, he made sure that the area was vacuumed up and livable. We were very impressed that he utilizes a portable hepa air filter so the house stayed dust free and there was no need for hanging plastic sheeting. Lou was very flexible and always willing to go the extra mile. His only concern was that we were happy with the result. We’ve worked with other contractors before, but have never experienced the level professionalism and craftsmanship that we have with Lou. We won’t bother calling anyone else for future projects.

We loved the deck! From the design to the finished product, Lou handled everything. He ensured it was properly secure to hold a hot tub and be safe for all. The design included the deck, rail, steps and a privacy wall. Lou is a great professional to work with and is very conscientious about his work, the worksite and his clients. We love our AZEK deck.

The project proceeded quite smoothly due to Lou Vaughn's meticulous attention to detail and professionalism. The entire project was completed within five months. The basement was dug out in a day. The basement footers which were extra conservative to avoid any shifting of the rooms were poured next. No shifting has occurred with the addition. The framing proceeded without any problems. A metal roof was applied due to the low angle of the roof pitch. The windows and French doors were installed next. The drywall went on smoothly and all corners are excellent with crisp angles. All seams were professionally sealed. The hardwood floor went down rapidly. The flooring looks fantastic with the recessed lights throughout the two rooms. The brick siding turned out well. Lou Vaughn oversaw the entire project from start to finish. He is hard working, professional, punctual and honest.
