Logan Services A/C, Heat & Plumbing

Needed to replace my Ac and furnace. After reaching out a variety of company websites, I got no replies and came to Home Advisor. Logan Services reaches out 15 mins after I submitted the request. Aaron Faughn was out the next day for over an hour going over options and making the process easily understandable. Really felt like he was looking out for me and my family. The decision was basically made then, though I did finally get some other businesses out for other bids. None made me feel as comfortable as Aaron. A few days later Kyle Koester and Jake came out and couldn’t have been more professional or courteous. Knocked it out in a day and a half due to the holiday. I could’ve be happier with the work they provided. I would recommend Logan Services for any and all future needs. They have a customer for life.

They did an excellent job of replacing our heating and air conditioning system. They were professional courteous and explained everything very well.

I live in Columbus, but my rental property that needed serviced was in Cincinnati. I was not able to meet a contractor for the estimate and they were willing to complete the estimate with the tenant present and then work with me over the phone and email to finalize the estimate. Several companies I contacted would not meet with my tenant to complete an estimate. I assume these companies would have used high pressure sales tactics as well.
