+ -1 more.The crew arrived on time and with a pleasant attitude. They were professional, helpful and considerate at all times. This crew made a stressful day easier to cope with. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a moving service. The price was competitive and reasonable.
Description of Work: We hired the company to move our belongings from College Hill to our new residence in Liberty Township. We did our own packing and labeled everything with tags indicating the room in which the items should be placed. When the crew arrived we gave them a tour of the things to move, both inside the home and outside. The crew proceeded to do what they do best, move and pack the 2 trucks. Once we arrived at the final destination we repeated the tour at the new residence. If there was any questions about where something was to be placed, the crew asked.

Description of Work: NEVER use this company. We had a sweet talking Scottish guy promise amazing service and a single point of contact. What we ended up with was a theft, a truck no one could track for a week, and an uncaring, bureaucrat with Atlas who worked very hard to help us. We had $600 dollars stolen from our house during the packing process. Security Storage could even confirmed the identity of the culprit but would still take no action. This man has a criminal past and actual warrants out for his arrest. Still, Atlas was willing to take no responsibility for this crime. They claim to screen all employees but this one must have slipped through the cracks. Months later, we are still fighting with them to pay for damaged, stolen, and lost items.
