The LEI team was excellent from sales to installation. Our sales representative (Megan Wilkerson) was very personable and informative without applying pressure and answered all of our questions. The prices that she quoted for the replacement of windows in our entire house were extremely competitive (we checked with 6 other companies and had to either compromise on the number of panes in the window, the color of the windows, quality or warranty to get a comparable cost). Although it was a bit of a rocky start following the placement of our order because we had custom windows and needed to have more than a 30-day notice for installation, LEI was accommodating to our every need. It just happened that we installed the windows on the two coldest days in 2018 but the installers were efficient and mindful of working in specific quadrants of the house to minimize heat-loss. They were polite and knowledgeable. They even did their best to minimize disruption to the daily routine of my elderly mother who lives with us. They covered all the floors with pads and wore shoe covers which they were cognizant to remove when they went in and out of the house. They removed all the debris both from inside and outside following the installation of each set of windows. We did have a manufacturing issue with one of the circular windows which had to be remade – LEI sent an installer on a Saturday of our convenience so as not to further intrude on our work schedules. And importantly, besides the deposit that we paid when we placed our order, LEI did not call us for payment of the balance until they knew that we were completed satisfied with our window installation. We would definitely recommend LEI to anyone needing a window installation!

We recently had LEI Home Enhancements install six new replacement windows in our home. We are very pleased with not only the company and product, but also by the salesman, the person who came to measure, and the installers. The windows were installed ahead of schedule, and the workmanship is exceptional. The overall experience with this company and it's employees has been marvelous. We look forward to doing business with them again when the need arises, and we wholeheartedly recommend them.

I had no idea I’d love my LEI windows so much! The gentleman (definitely the right term for him) who measured also installed them. He installed 19 windows in 3.5 days and cleaned up completely every day. They match our woodwork, inside and out, even the rooms with wood paneling and matching wood windows. The windows not only look good, inside and out, but during our recent 0 degree days, our house has never been so warm and toasty. A guest even commented that her room was so much warmer than at earlier visits. I highly recommend this company!

We were in desperate need of some new windows, they all had condensation on them. The sales presentation was very insightful and he was patient with us as we made our decision. Tom was great with the installation - he took the time to explain everything and wasn't upset when my dog jumped all over him! The only disappointment we had was the lack of communication between ordering the windows and having them installed. We were told that someone would be calling 1-2 days later to confirm the order and we never heard from her until more than a week later. Aside from that, we are very pleased so far with the results. We live on a busy street so having decreased noise from everyone zooming by helps us be able to sleep in longer on the weekends!

We had a very positive experience in working with them. They were able to work with us to get three of our windows replaced that were in the poorest condition. Then we have a certain set time to purchase the additional windows we need at the same price. Installation was on time and well done. We love our windows!! Very secure and great at sealing out the weather. They lock easily, open to clean easily and have security locks that allow you to keep the window slightly open. Can’t wait to replace the rest of our windows!

Our house had the original windows in it since 1942 when it was built. I answered a Facebook ad for them to get a quote on new windows. The sales rep was timely, friendly and since I used to work in the field I told him he didn't have to sell the windows to me; just tell me the specs and the price. We did a little talking and ran the credit app. We were approved to get 13 of our 18 windows done and decided which ones were our top priority. They told us up front it would be 16 weeks before we got them as they were custom windows. Almost to the day the new windows were installed. The contractor was great and the windows have made a huge difference in the draftiness we used to feel and gave the house a much more modern appearance. I'll be having LEI come out to handle the other 5 windows soon!

I wanted to replace the windows and exterior doors on my home. These items were original to the house, and therefore about 22 years old. LEI gave me a good price, and did a fine job of doing the installation while working with my schedule. Already seeing a significant difference in my cooling/heating bills! Great job!

It's been a year since LEI Installed our new Windows and we couldn't be happier! It improved the noise reduction from outside, our overall air costs and apparently the Krypton gas will keep out Superman! We've had to have customer service involved on an issue, and that was seamless and great as well. HIGHLY Recommend LEI!

We had multiple window replacement companies come out. LEI offered a quality triple pane window for a reasonable price. While triple pane windows are not required for this area, they do offer advantages at the right price in comparison to other vinyl window options. We are happy with our purchase. The installer was very knowledgeable. He cleaned up after himself and made sure we were satisfied with the install. If I had one knock on the whole process, I would recommend scheduling the window installment ahead of when the windows are fabricated so you don't have to wait for installation after you are told they are available. We are very pleased with the service and quality of the windows and installation from LEI. The sales representative was very thorough and patient as we asked questions and made sure we thought they were the right company for our needs. The guy who came out and measured for the windows was very polite and precise. We were very impressed with the crew who actually installed the windows as well. They were very professional and focused on their intentions to complete the work same day even with the cool air and drizzling rain. They were sensitive to the concern of the cats and honored the request to keep doors shut in the bedrooms even when they were working. We are very pleased with the quality of our 18 windows and are excited that we can actually open windows of our house without the fear of them falling apart. The only thing that we were not made aware of was that our old blinds will now not fit because of the width of the new windows. But, it's an excuse to change the look and have new window treatments. I small change to make to have better quality windows and a fresh look to the house.

Excellent value for the service. We had all windows in our house replaced. All of the windows look great. The sales person was very patient and thorough. The installers were very professional, friendly and thoughtful. Even though it was a 'live construction site', they were very patient with my kids walking (carefully) around the site. They completed a 27-window job in 1-day (I had expected a 2-day effort). As with most construction jobs, there were a couple of mishaps - e.g. one window had the outer glass cracked. They proactively identified all issues without me prompting and repaired them without any hassle. I'd definetely work with them again on any kind of home improvement.
