Leaders was great to work with - responsive, got the move date booked quickly. The guys were professional and efficient. They had to move what I thought was a very heavy solid wood tall armoire from the second floor of an older house to another address. They seemed experienced and got the job done. I will call Leaders first the next time I need movers. Highly recommend.

The moving crew was great - very polite, professional and careful with our furniture. I liked being able to do the inventory online to get the estimate and I appreciated their flexibility in making changes. I will definitely recommend Leaders moving and Storage to others.

I just moved and used Leaders, based on ratings from Angie’s List. It was an excellent choice! Three young men pulled up exactly on time and introduced themselves. We did a walkthrough and these guys got to work. I‘ve never seen movers pack that fast and efficiently before. There were some rather large pieces that have given other movers trouble before, that these guys effortlessly handled. They also left no marks on walls or furniture! This is an organized and very professional group that communicated well, were timely, polite, and good natured, too. I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend this business.

Prompt arrival. Rushed the loading and unloading. In the process of their rushing, they tore up a column in our old house which they did hire someone to repair. Unfortunately they tore the column with one of my good family room chairs. The corner was ripped on that chair and our one of our other family room chairs. None of the workers told us this had happened. We discovered on our own. They did not break any fragile objects. They took the big tv out of the box outside our new house. Unfortunately they threw the box away which also contained our tv remote, tv power cord, and firestick/remote. The same issue happened with our elliptical. We are now missing the power cord for it. We tipped and fed the workers both days. I now have drywall to repair in new house along with painting touch ups. Doubt that we will get help from their customer service. A couple of the workers were very good and careful. The other workers hurried and did not care what they tore up!

This company is fantastic. The move could not have gone better, and the four-man crew was a pleasure. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Can't say enough about Joe Walker and Leaders Moving & Storage! They moved us out of our OTR house in June 2018 and, after storing our furniture and belongings for a year, delivered it all to our new home! Results: only a toy box busted and a mop missing....not bad for two vans of "stuff" handled with care! And the claims process has been easy peezy! The best, other than Joe's attention to detail, were the amazing set of young men who did all the hard work....two on our move out and three on our move in. Clean, polite, hard working and a pleasure to have in our home! If you moving near or far, you need to talk to Joe and hire Leaders!

I was hesitant to hire a moving company because of all the horror stories I have heard but I cannot begin to tell you how easy Leaders made my move. They were 1st in getting back to me with a quote and were by far the lowest cost. The office staff was extremely helpful and made sure all of our needs were met. The guys they sent out to help our move were exceptional. It was a rainy day, they were down a man and I later found out that someone had removed the ramp from their truck without their knowledge. Despite these circumstances I never once saw the smile disappear from their faces. They took care of our property and I even had to ask them to take a break at one point. I don't think I heard a response that didn't begin or end with "ma'am" or "sir". To top it all off they even took the time to play with our dog and made sure he didn't get outside. Guys even took the time to lock the doors behind them. I know this is a long review but I haven't experienced such professionalism and customer-service from a business like I received from Leaders Moving and Storage. A++++ Great people, can't go wrong with them.

I will definitely being using Leaders Moving any time I need anything moved in the future. The experience I had with them was perfect. Booking was fast and easy. The price was fair and worth every dollar. D'Andre and Bryon arrived on timing a got right to work. They were professional and friendly. They took great care of each and every item.

DJ, Antonio and Toliver were tremendous. DJ did a perfect job disassembling and reassembling her bed frame and desk. Antonio and Toliver were very careful even when bringing in the heavy stuff, such as the sofa. Made very sure not to scratch any walls, even though the corners were tight. Toliver was very friendly, helpful and detail-oriented. When I started picking up assorted debris from the rug in my daughter's bedroom, now that the bed was gone, he joined in without me asking him and helped pick up some as well. Crew numbers were 3261 and 3235 for DJ and Antonio; hopefully Toliver gets a number soon, he is a first-class mover as well. This was my second move with Leaders and I'm glad I came back.

Alejandro, Dre and DJ were exceptional personnel. They were professional, couteous, punctual, and knowledgeable. We were exremely satisfied with their services.

The price was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than competitor quotes, which prompted me to verify they quoted accurately, because it was a move across state lines. They verified the quote was accurate. The move was actually fairly small, as we were moving from one assisted living apartment to another. The workers showed on time, were very polite, stayed in communication, and were careful with the items. The move went off without a hitch, no complaints. I would hire Leaders again.

The movers from Leader were wonderful! When I booked the move and explained the situation, the gentleman on the phone scheduling the move was very understanding and I felt very reassured that movers would be well aware of the unique circumstances of the move. The day of the move, the movers arrived on time and were extremely careful with my belongings. They were also very efficient and professional during the entire process.

Everything went fine. I had to move the armoire quickly and they responded to my needs. The movers had great communication before and during the move. They took care with moving an antique. Would recommend.

We had to move some furniture out of the house so we could refinish the hardwood floors. Leaders Moving came, wrapped up the furniture thoroughly, and took it to a storage area in their warehouse. When the floors were done, they came back (a few hours late because an earlier job took longer than expected) and returned all the furniture. They were very patient with us and helped move the furniture carefully to avoid scratching the floors or furniture. We were very happy with the job and would definitely use them again!

Our closing date got pushed back once a week for a month straight. Jason was so patient and understanding about rescheduling and they were always able to give us a week after what we planned. On moving day, they showed up right on time and got the job done FAST! They moved everything into our new house exactly where it needed to be. The price was amazing compared to everything else.

They had to carry it above the stair railing. Required strength and control. They did a very good job. I would hire again.

The move was timely, easy and painless. Keyvon (15148), Lonnie (1384) and Keith (1641) were all professional and knowledgeable on how to move items without damaging the house or the items moved. We had an old upright piano, and some antique furniture which were moved with special care. Would definitely request them for our next move later this year. Thanks guys.

It went very well. Getting an estimate from Leaders was very easy--I just sent them a list of what I had to move by email. On moving day, three cheerful, polite and professional young men showed up. They padded the doorways, and loaded up my belongings in good time. They took particular care of a beloved and ancient wooden desk. At the destination, they unloaded, and would not leave until they were sure that everything was just where I wanted it. I chose Leaders because they had moved another family member's belongings back near the end of last year, and did a terrific job. Overall, and in every particular, I can not imagine a better experience, and I would be happy to use them again, and recommend them to my friends.

Leaders offers tons of "bang for the buck." We moved our four bedroom house from Cincinnati to Northern Kentucky. The amount of stuff to move was much more than I originally anticipated, Leaders sent two guys with a large truck, they ended up needing to get another truck. The movers and the guys at the office were polite, responsive and got the job done from start to finish. They made our moving experience so easy. VERY AFFORDABLE, TOTALLY WORTH IT!!

Everything went smoothly from the pack up in October, 2017 to the delivery in January, 2018. There were a couple of items that were not packed from my old home, but given the number of items and the fact that I was keeping some things to take to a small apartment for three months, it did not present a problem. For delivery day, I was informed the day before of the time frame and that was adhered to. They had to make one stop at another location to pick up about 100 boxes that I had packed and stored and then came on to my new home. In spite of the cold, the two of them worked carefully and tirelessly to get everything distributed to the rooms as requested. They were extremely careful, caused no damage, and were cheerful and courteous the entire day. I have unpacked all of the fragile items and nothing is broken. There are a couple of things that are missing, but they have been found and will be returned.
