LEADERS DID A TERRIBLE JOB. I was both disappointed and angry. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST USING this company. The team leader was careless and surly, and damaged several pieces of furniture. When I asked them to stack boxes neatly, the “I AIN’T DOING IT…. They were unable to get my bed frame out of the basement of my rental house, and unable to get a sofa down the stairs in my new house—I had to hire a different team, who successfully moved the items with no trouble. When I called the company to address these issues, I was told that nothing could be done and a partial reimbursement was impossible. DON’T JUST WALK AWAY…RUN!

Leaders moving was amazing. Ryan R and J.P. Were our movers and we had a short distance to move from one building to another across the street in our apartment complex. With our new unit being on the 4th floor they did it with ease! They were quick, courteous and everything with smoothly even the huge sectional that had to be moved up all 4 floor stairs as the elevator was too small. Thank you Leaders!!!! I highly recommend them for your next move in the Cincinnati area!

Very well! No problems, polite, professional and careful with my furnishings...

Three young men. They ran out of steam at the end of the move. Did not place furniture where requested. One piece of furniture slightly damaged. They purposely turned the piece around so as to hide the damage.

Great communication throughout, adaptability when the closing date moved and we needed to reschedule. Thorough crew handled everything efficiently!

Marino (3295) & Jammal (3278) were on time and professional. They were tasked with moving a 350 pound clawfoot tub from an RL Carrier delivery truck tour our house up to the 2nd floor master bathroom, waiting patiently while I installed hardware and plumbing, and then put the tub in place. They worked HARD. Well done.

My family needed to move my mom our of one assisted living facility and into another. We were given two days’ notice, but Leaders was able to squeeze us in. Because of restrictions due to the pandemic, the facilities required the movers to wear masks and submit to temperature checks and a screening. Leaders team complied, and the move was completed in half the time they estimated, and for half the quoted price! Everything about the move went smoothly and Leaders did a fantastic job. I will call them first from now on!

Alejandro and Jamaal did a great job moving my refrigerator and stove from storage to a rental property. No damages. Clean work.

The guys worked for two days to pack up my stuff in KY. I requested, and the quote included, repacking boxes in the basement. I had quickly put a lot of loose kitchen, office and living room stuff in boxes I had purchased so the house would look great for real estate showings. While unpacking in FL, I found many boxes that had not been repacked. Many of the packed boxes suffered damage, as did the contents. The boxes were not categorized by room, so unloading in FL was a challenge. I couldn't tell where some of the boxes belonged. On top of that, I was revolted to find that they packed my cat's litter disposal unit (litter genie) with bedroom pillows. Gross!! They had to be thrown away. Considering the quantity of stuff I had, I guess I was lucky with just a few things that didn't survive the move. If I were to hire them again, I would watch them more carefully to ensure that I was getting the level of service that I paid for and expected.

It went very well. Super smooth and quick. These guys were great! Thanks Ma'Rino (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and JP! You guys were the best. Super fast and helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Move went well. Was a last minute move and move was completed within 2 days of contacting them.

Even in the pouring rain the crew did its absolute best getting our stuff moved. They were right on time, very professional, & super efficient. Thank you!

The phone call to schedule the move, the follow-up call to confirm and the men that came to move the items were all professional. Christopher Adams and Moreno Hall were on time and worked quickly. They took the time to cover the items to make sure they didn't get scratched during the move. I will use Leaders for future moving jobs.

The move went smoothly from start to finish! Matthew and Tyrone helped me set everything up and Alejandro (3249) and Rino (3295) did the move. At all times I felt they were doing a professional job and trying their best to make the move easy on me. They even handled moving extra washers and dryers to different addresses with no problems. This is the third time I've used Leaders and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Everyone involved with our move was fabulous! Meagan did a great job with scheduling and follow-up and was very responsive to questions. We actually did 2 moves from our home and all 4 of the men (Jamaal, Tori, JP, Marino) were great. Despite the difficulty of dealing with a 3-story house, they were energetic and optimistic, very courteous, and never complained a bit! I would definitely use them again and will highly recommend Leaders to our friends

Andrew, Kevin and John were absolutely fantastic. They were very careful with our items and did a fantastic job. This is the 3rd time I have used Leaders and will certainly recommend them in the future.

The service was fantastic. Phil is a great team lead and the guys respect him so much. They took care of my belongings from packing and unpacking. It was totally worth the money. A all across the board.

I had a great experience with Leaders Moving and Storage for my move. My movers (Phillip, JP, and Jamal) arrived promptly, were courteous and professional, and were very efficient. Everything with the move went better than I ever expected! The scheduling and pre-move instructions from Meagan were also much appreciated.

These guys worked hard and took a lot of care with all of our furniture even with heavy furniture in tight spaces. They were very professional and worked quickly to get the job done. Our neighbors unfortunately parked right across from our driveway and were not home to move their car. It was no problem for driver Alejandro he backed that truck right up into our driveway. I was amazed. These guys went above and beyond and I want their boss to know what an asset they are to your company. A huge shout out to Alejandro driver #3249 and Devin crewmen #3297.

Great! Andrew and Kevin were fabulous!...given the weather conditions etc they were super, helped me a great deal and very considerate of my home and items I was moving. I will need movers again January and want Andrew and Kevin again!
