They worked efficiently to get two trucks loaded. They updated us with their location the next day and were cooperative in terms of the time to unload the trucks. Everything arrived in great condition and the house in Cincinnati was left in great condition as well. No problems with moving into the house in Maryland. Matthew, Danny, Dmitri, and Mike made the move a good and positive experience.

The movers were very courteous and careful with our belongings. They took care not to damage walls or doors at both house locations. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with their service. The driver IDs are 1065 and 516.

I've moved several times, and Leaders Moving and Storage was by far the BEST moving experience I've ever had. I am a pretty savvy shopper, so I did my research before I moved from Columbus to find the best mover in town. I wanted someone who would offer a reasonable price, was professional and responsible, and would handle my furniture and belongings with care. I called every mover in town (really - every. one.). Not only did Leaders offer the best price, they were the most professional, the only moving company in town that actually showed up to give me an estimate on the cost of my move a little before our meeting time (so I didn't have to wait around for them), they were true to their word on their pricing, and they even boxed up everything for me - with a few guys, this only took a few hours. They were courteous, timely (even on the day of the move), they skillfully loaded a LOT into one truck (including a baby grand piano!), and they stayed in contact with me leading up to the move. Also, the guys who loaded, drove, and unloaded the truck were very professional, respectful, and hardworking. There were a few very minor issues with things that got a little scratched, but they stood behind it and were professional, reasonable, and kind. I wish every mover was like them! If I ever move again, they are the only ones I will call. By far, the best (and I don't know anyone there personally - this is an honest review!).

The pre-move customer service was great. Everyone was polite. the movers were punctual and they were able to accomodate some last minute changes. One of the movers was terrific. He knew what he was doing, he moved quickly and was very polite. The second guy unfortunately looked like he was still learning. This unfortunately led to problems moving some of the larger pieces. They rubbed multiple walls in our old house and in the new house. They also left a dent in one wall in the new house. They were upfront about the issues in the new house, we didn't notice the issues with the old house until afterward. Overall, this started well, but we were let down in the end. I wonder if things would have gone better with two experienced movers rather than one.

Chris and Matthew (our movers) were great. Arrived on time and immediately got to work. They were professional and courteous during the entire job. I think they only took one or two 10 minute breaks the entire day while they moved our stuff. My biggest concern was with my antique piano and church organ. They are rather heavy and awkward to move. This proved to be no problem and both arrived safely at our new house. My wife and I are extremely happy with the service we received - for what is normally a very stressful day, the move could not have gone any better. The pricing we received was very reasonable. I appreciated the fact that it was a flat rate and not based on mileage. The other company that I called for a quote was going to charge twice as much! I would definitely use Leaders again should the need arrive.

It went well. The guys were extremely courteous, professional and fast! They didn't stop. I would definitely use this service again.

These guys are FANTASTIC!!! Absolutely excellent. They phoned me an hour ahead of the scheduled arrival time and said they were on their way. When they arrived, we did an inventory, discussed the details, agreed on the price, and they then went to work. They took some furniture from the second floor to the garage for me instead of moving it to the new location; they did not scratch any furniture or damage any walls or paint in the home, and they were perfect gentlemen in their conduct and language. They were two young gentlemen and they did a terrific job and I'd recommend them to anyone who is looking for a mover. The price was reasonable and everything in the contract was completely explained.

Excellent support and service from start to finish! Let me start by saying that I have heard the horror stories about movers and was very concerned about having this done and would everything be taken care of, or we be held hostage for more money once they delivered. With that being said everything turned out exactly as they had told us. We started off talking to Richie @ Leaders moving who came to our house to give us an estimate about 4 months before the planned move. Later that same day, after he had left, we were emailed a written estimate. We had a certain date that we wanted the move done on and recontacted Ritchie about 6 weeks in advance of the move to have another review of the household items and confirm the price. With our schedule, we wanted to have the house packed up on a Thursday in Cincinnati and delivered to Georgia on Saturday and once everything was confirmed, we signed up for the move to be done with them. On the day they came to our house in Cincinnati to get our items and load them on the truck, we had Matt, Daniel, and Clint doing the job. They were great to talk to, took care in what they were moving, and had everything done in a few hours. At that time, they reviewed what we had and gave us an updated estimate - it was actually about $ 50.00 less than the original estimate. On Saturday, they were at our other house in Georgia about 9:00 am and were completed by noon. Matt and Daniel were the 2 who delivered to the house and were great. I truly do not think we could have had 2 better people - you could tell that they had done this many times before. After everything was unloaded, I do not think that we had one new scratch or anything out of order. This may sound odd, but I would have thought we knew them for years the way they treated us. They were great. Very professional, punctual, very high quality of service. I Wouldn't even think of using any one else the next time I move. I only wish I had known that if I had booked my move through Angie's list, I would have received a discount. I will recommend Leaders to everyone.

Richie and Christian were both extremely nice, courteous and accommodating. They helped remove and reinstall doors to get the furniture through the openings. They showed up on time and were very patient in all aspects of the move.

It was great. They were on time, professional and knew what they were doing. They were very understanding as we would change the plan as the move progressed (adding locations to drop furniture off) and did a great job every step of the way. The flat rate service accurate and reasonably priced.

Although the truck was just a few minutes late, they kept us appraised of their estimated time of arrival. They packed up everything needed quickly and easily. They were fine with adding an additional destination for two of the items at the last minute. They worked well together and were enjoyable to work with. I used them in the past and will in the future, if needed.

They were good. Things went well and anything tthat happened they would point it out and address it with me.

It went great. I was able to email (my preferred form of contact) the company and worked with Matt. I gave him a list of everything I wanted moved and stored and he gave me a quote. Matt and Tyler showed up on time and were great. Very nice guys. I ended up adding a bunch of stuff to the list which they were able to re-quote and then accommodate. I'm going to ask for them on our next move. Overall a great and easy experience.

The entire experience with Leaders was pleasant. They provided prompt reply to our request for a quote; the customer support person was easy to deal with when scheduling the actual move; the driver made sure to touch base to let us know they were en route on day of the move and the move went quickly and smoothly. We were very pleased with our experience with them. I would contact them with any future moving needs and recommend them to others needing a moving company.

They were willing to schedule an afternoon move because my daughters were not able to get into their new apartment until 4:00 p.m.. They were moved by Bobby and Brian who were professional, polite, and very careful with everything. This was was wonderful especially since my daughters had not done a very good job of packing some of their things. They were especially careful with a vanity that had belonged to my grandmother. They figured out how to put the mirror on it, which I didn't know how to do and did that for us. They worked very hard all afternoon, never stopping to take a break . They made sure all of my daughter's things were where they wanted them. We would recommend Leaders to anyone and were so impressed with the professional attitude of these young men!

The crew was very helpful and friendly. They met their estimate and showed up on time.

Two man crew showed up a little before 9 am (window was between 8 and 9). A quick walk through to point out what was going. The load took about 3 hours for them to do. Went to the new place and it took about 3 hours for them to unload. All in all it was a smooth process. They bl;anched a bit when they saw the Bowflex and they were sure they wouldn't be able to get it out of the house without disassembly, so I did that while they were moving things. At the new house, despite its disassembled state, they couldn't get it to the basement due to the tight construction of the stairwell (and a 90 degree turn in it). They were very capable of determining such things by sight, which I doubted until they took out a tape measure and proved me wrong. :) They definitely knew what hey were doing. I would highly recommend them. I wish I knew the names of the two gentlemen who worked with us, but regardless, we gave the $20 each and told them to have a few beers on us that night after all the hard work they did.

Steve and Troy arrived promptly at the promised time. They were professional, courteous, and friendly. Treated my belongings with a lot of care. They finished in under the quoted time frame. There were no extra or hidden costs, like fuel, travel time, or anything. My move was priced by the amount of inventory, and not by the hour- taking all the guesswork out of how much it would cost me, and if I'd end up paying more than I expected- which I learned from reviews of other companies can occur with moves priced by the hour. Have never used a mover before, but they took all the worry and stress out of my move, and I would definitely recommend this company (and these two outstanding young gentlemen in particular) to anyone moving in the Cinci area!!! Cannot speak more highly of my experience with this company!

overall very well. we had several heavy and delicate items which they did a nice job of moving safely.

.They were really very good. They were very prompt and caring of my belongings. They asked for a list up front of what I was moving. When the crew arrived, the four person crew went through and made sure exactly what was being moved. So if I took someone over to the new house myself I wouldn't be charged for that. They charged per the item. They were also very careful with my things. I would use them again.

They wrapped everything carefully and took their time throughout the project. They explained everything thoroughly and gave an accurate estimate. They also disposed of broken furniture for no additional charge. I would recommend their services to anyone.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ON TIME. NOTHING WAS BROKEN WHICH WAS VERY NICE. WE REALLY WANTED TO GET SOME LAUNDRY DONE AT OLD HOUSE DURING THE MOVE AND THEY VOLUNTEERED TO MOVE THE WASHER AND DRYER LAST. THEY EVEN ASKED IF THEY SHOULD MOVE THE TV LAST ALSO, SO OUR 3 CHILDREN COULD WATCH. THEY WERE EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING. THE ONLY DOWNFALL IS THAT WE COULD HAVE ONE MORE MOVER BUT OVERALL, IT WAS GOOD JOB AND WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

I appreciated their carton buy-back program. We got to sell the boxes back to them instead of throwing them away.
