Excellent packing and a very smooth move.

Leaders Moving & Storage were very reasonable, and very professional. They are one of few movers who prices by the job, not by the hours, which is such a great feature to have. I trusted them to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time, and they did. They were careful with all of our fragile items, and were very amiable and easy to work with. Am going to schedule them again to move us from storage into our new house.

We had our wood floors refinished and needed to move all the appliances and furniture to the garage. I had seen Danny and his crew move a friend of mine and they did such a great job that I bought a Leader's coupon and asked for Danny for my job. The quote came over the phone and the charge was exacty as quoted. I got a reminder call the day before, confirming when the crew would arrive. The crew arrived exactly when scheduled. Danny walked through the house and confirmed all pieces to be moved. The job took less than an hour with no mishaps. Danny is a very positive and professional leader. His people are trained well and they communicate well with each other about how heavy pieces are moved. The crew was very polite. I used them again a week later to move everything back into the house and the process worked again beautifully. Highly recommended.

I was not satisfied with the crew, which was probably a one time event. The District Manager called me and we had a very enlighting conversation of the matter. He listened to my concerns and made things right with me. It meant a lot to me that he took the time to call me and discuss everything.

I did have a problem with the crew that came out for the move. But, this should not reflect badly on the company itself.

Please see below for the email I sent to the company. I have a couple items I wanted to discuss with you. Let me start by saying my husband and I decided to go with your company despite a higher price because we believed the quality of service would be better and would have more reliable movers. The movers themselves were great and were very accommodating to my miscalculation of items. They worked quickly but after they left I realized a couple of unfortunate items. The first and most troubling is a tear in the fabric on my sofa on the front of it. It is about an inch long and very noticeable. There are some other snags in the fabric around it where it must have been up against something. The second item is when moving items upstairs they scratched the walls I just had professionally painted. It will require patching and reprinting to match the wall. They also forgot a floor length mirror which I didn't notice until we were unpacking. So we paid more than your competitors and received worse service than we've experienced in moves past . Please let me know if there is anything you can do to rectify the situation. After I sent this email I realized there was also some dents in the walls as well as broken one of a kind pottery we received as a wedding gift. They also forgot a full length mirror! I did not hear back from the company until I called them two days later. They started a damage claim according to them and said I would hear from someone to come inspect the damage at the house in the next couple of days and I have not heard anything yet.

They were fine. The only real complaint I had about them was the price.

Very pleased with EVERYTHING!

Everything went smoothly and we didn't notice any damage to any furniture. They got a couch in that we didn't think was going to fit. Overall they did everything we expected, and helped a little more than they had to. We would recommend them and would hire again. Ahead of time, Richie was very responsive by email, and Daniel was in charge on move day. Because we were moving all of our boxes and smaller items ourselves, I really liked that pricing was by individual item, and we were able to change things up until move day, and even when they got here.

They did an excellent job. They were very knowledgeable. the man who gave me an estimate worked h****** making sure i had the right amount of space for my goods. They were right on time as well.

The were excellent to deal with both when setting up & estimating the move and during the move.

All furniture taken to new location. Difficult tight stairway made job harder for movers at new location. The two employees worked hard and were carefull.

The team that came to move us was phenomenal!! They took great care of all of our furniture as well as all the walls and doorways when moving especially large pieces. I have never seen anyone be so precise in loading a moving truck. A second team arrived to help out toward the end of a very LONG day so everything got finished in one day. They will always get a recommendation from us.

The service was great! They were very professional, and I have no complaints against the company.

Great! They were very prompt at giving me a quote, accepting the Angie's list discount and following through with the move as planned! The movers did a great job of handling our items with care. I would use them again if needed!

These 3 guys were AWESOME! The move could not have gone better. They were kind and punctual and put me at ease - since this piano and move was so important to me. They spent so much time and took so much care to make sure this piano was taken care of and moved down a steep flight of stairs and around a corner - safely. They were going to send 2 men and I pushed hard to get 3 men - given the safety concerns of going down the stairs - and that's exactly what they gave me 3 men who moved with great care and took their time - and didn't charge me one cent more for asking for 3 men instead of 2. And their rate for moving a piano was by far the best of the companies I called! Would absolutely recommend them and hire them again in a heartbeat.

John was our main contact, and completed the estimate. He was thorough and answered all questions. He was also very easy to contact with follow-up questions. James and Andrew completed this move and did an excellent job. They listened and took extra care with precious items. They covered floors and doorways and were very careful about not damaging either the condo or the apartment.

I really enjoyed having Leaders Moving over as they did a great job moving all of our larger furniture and appliances very quickly and carefully. It was obvious that our movers have done this for quite some time. They were extremely professional, courteous and took pride in their jobs. They were also about half the cost as some of the other companies we got quotes for. Moving is never a fun experience, but I would not hesitate to go Leaders Moving again if I needed to. Great moving experience!

Leader's handled the move pretty much entirely on their own, with no help from me other than an email description of what needed to be done. They showed up on time, moved everything that needed to be moved and left behind all that wasn't scheduled to move. Everything arrived in Cleveland in perfect condition, My sister reported that the guys who delivered the furnishings to her house were great. All was done on time, for exactly the price quoted. I can't really comment on the price - I didn't get many bids. But I was grateful that Leaders handled this job independently, and perfectly, without my needing to stay on top of it or be present for the move.

John the salesman was very professional, inventoried everything we were moving and gave the best of the quotes we received from competing movers. He made the decision to choose Leaders surprisingly easy. The crew of Andrew, Josh and Mike came out on time on the scheduled day. They were all up beat and a pleasure to work with. This team worked with us from 9:00 in the morning until 8:00 that night loading and unloading - and they still had a 2 1/2 hour drive back to their warehouse. Through it all they stayed motivated and professional. Leaders lives up to their name and was a pleasure to work with.

It went fantastic. My husband and I were super impressed. They were on top of things, and went above and beyond.

The company was quick to respond to my inquiries and to update my quote as we added or deleted items from the move list. They charge based on the items and not on how long the movers take. On moving day, the team was polite, efficient but careful with our items and wonderful to work with. Everything arrived at the new house in great shape and I only found a couple of small marks on the freshly painted walls. I will definitely recommend Leaders Moving to friends!

The estimate was accurate, the move was on time with two hard working men, who also unloaded in NC. John Thomas co-ordinated the move. Alex and Nathan were friendly, efficient...highly recommended! There wasn't any damage to furniture or anything they packed or loaded from the apartment. This company went out of it's way to make a brief stop for a cancer charity before leaving Cincinnati which was appreciated! When we noticed there was some additional items for the charity in Asheville, Leaders returned them to Cincinnati and John personally took the items to the charity. This a superior company that cares and goes the extra mile. We highly recommend them for a move.

We were scheduled for a 1:30p-3:30p arrival time for the move. We received a call at 3:00p stating it would be more like 5:30p. We did explain that we were waiting at the storage facility for their arrival because we didn't want to delay their start. Our apartment is approximately 40 miles from the unit and we didn't want to get caught in rush hour traffic. At approximately 4:30p we received a call that they where on the way and would have 5 guys moving us to help speed things up because of the delay. About 5:00p one truck showed up with 2 guys. They stated they would be the only ones coming after all. The comment was made that the other truck and 3 man crew was done for the day. This was a big job and the 2 guys and 1 truck would have worked but it would have taken hours. My husband called the manager and explained the situation to him and within 20 minutes the 2nd truck arrived with an additional 3 guys. Once we had the two trucks and 5 guys the storage unit was loaded up very quickly. We did underestimate the number of boxes we had in the unit and forgot to include three large items. It had been 3 years since we placed our stuff in storage so we simply did not remember what all we had. Adjustments were made and some items stayed in storage which was ok. Matthew was very diplomatic about the entire mix up and we greatly appreciated all he did. The move in at the apartment went smoothly with the exception of some minor damage to our armoire. These 5 guys worked very hard and very fast. After the initial blips the move went very well. Kudos to Matthew, Christian, Kevin, Jacob and Andrew. I would rate this at a B+ because of the late arrival and the fact that initially only 2 guys with 1 truck showed up.
