Description of Work: In a very short time window, Leader moved my elderly mom from one assisted living center to another. They were so polite, quick and efficient. They moved her with as little problems as possible and were so easy to deal with. I would use them again in a minute.

Description of Work: Gave me a time window of when they would be at my home and called 25 minutes prior to the arrival to give advance notice. The gentlemen were very professional and efficient and got my HEAVY furniture moved from my old home to my new with no damage. I will definitely use the next time I move.

Description of Work: They packed our 5 bedroom home and moved all of our belongings and one vintage automobile from the Cincinnati area to the Pittsburgh area in two trucks. They packed on Monday & Tuesday loaded Wednesday and traveled Thursday and unloaded in Pittsburgh Thursday afternoon. |They did a very good job in moving us; and I would highly recommend them. Our moving staff consisted of Dan, Branden, Joe and Nathan all of which did a very professional job. |We could not find one item (a picture of our grandson) which was very important to us; and the general manager, Mr.Richie Cox, drove from Cincinnati to the Pittsburgh area and helped us locate the item. Service above and beyond what we paid for!

Description of Work: I am doing a local move from one house to another and I had them moved lots of boxes for me. They arrived during the scheduled time and called ahead just prior to arrival to let me know they were on their way. The two men Brandon and Arimus were very pleasant and friendly and also very accommodating. They worked very efficiently to get the truck loaded and unloaded quickly. They even went out of their way and organized the boxes for me when unloading them so I could easily find everything. I was very impressed with their work ethic and would be happy to work with them again.

Description of Work: Very rude they didn't want to help me I was conStanley transfered back and forth to several different location s just to be told I had to wait till after the weekend.

Description of Work: Moved bedroom set from Western Hills Cincinnati, OH to Alexandria, KY we are satisfied with the move. They also moved a desk from one room to another at no extra cost we appreciated that, if we need their service again we will certainly call them.

Description of Work: They packed up a Pod and then unpacked it the following week once it was delivered to new address. They did an excellent job! The company was flexible and worked with my schedule. The guys made sure everything was moved in and set-up where we wanted it before they left. Couldn't be happier!

Description of Work: From first contact (estimate) to when trucks left at destination every thing was on time, and as promised. They made sure we were happy with progress as they loaded, and unloaded our furniture. Great communication. More important, they were very careful with the furniture, no dents, no dings, no scratches ( a first in my experience). Overall a very smooth move. Well Done!
