A few days after paying $350 for a new thermostat in my refrigerator the foods in the fridge side were frozen. After several attempts of contacting and cancelled appointments, I am still trying to rectify this situation. I keep getting promised they will come out and that never happens. I thought I didn’t have to worry about a service provider because of them being on Angies List. At this point I want my money back so I can hire another appliance repairman.

Installed new faucet. Instead of using new flex piping the used the old kind. I ended up with a leak overnight, which ruined my hardwood floors
