We have been using them for years. They are incredible knowledgeable. They help us decide what to do and give us advise on what type of plants or bushes we should have. We know we can trust them.

They are prompt in responding to our calls and questions. They're recommendations for maintenance are always thoughtfully expressed and keep in mind cost. We really trust their opinion and have been using them for several years.

I love working with Lawn Pros they do an excellent job of taking care of my lawn. They are professional and courteous and come weekly to take care of my lawn. They are attentive to all my needs. Really great people to work with. I've reccommended to my neighbors one either side and they were hired to their lawns too.

They are great. They were on time. They came out and did the job. They responded to our calls. It was nice to have someone do a onetime cut for us.

They are wonderful. I have had nothing but a good expierence with them. I have been using them since March and will continue to use them.

We were looking all over the place for a lawn company to just do a one time cut for us on a new home we bought. We were doing some work to it and wouldn't be moving in for a month or so and the grass was out of control. Lawn Pros called me back and stated that they could go take a look at our yard and would be more than happy to fit us in. They went out within a couple of days, looked at lawn, gave us a price and went out to cut it 2 days later. We simply wanted a quick trim of our grass but got so much more! They actually edged all our sidewalks, picked up all the grass and made sure our sidewalks/driveways were clean. We were so impressed with the service and we will certainly be using them again!

Eric and his wife do a super job. I've been using them for a couple of years and cannot say enough good things about the service and value they provide

Erik and his wife are amazing. Erik is very attentive to details, thorough and knowledgable about plant species in the region. They were professionals and always communicated well with us throughout the process. The regrading of front yard needed to happen with some urgency in order to control a drainage issue and their responsiveness saved us many days of bailing out the basement.

Great. We've used them for lawn mowing and general landscaping. They have done excellent work and we'll continue to use them in the future.

Let me start out by saying that I have had difficulty growing grass in my yard. I had sod initially put down and due to the extreme heat in 2012 regardless of how much i watered sod in a significant area of my side yard did not take and some in my backyard. Erik and Laura came over to view and gave me a verbal price of 600.00 to clean, drop some new topsoil and see these area. This was done mid of October. In hindsight I should not have had them do this this late in season, but was told even if it got cold the seed would come up in the spring. When Laura completed the job I got a bill near 1200. which was double the price quoted initially by Erik and I was told that they put in much more hours than the initial estimate. While I did pay the bill, I was so not happy with this and should have insisted that they stand with their initial estimate, but I always want to err on the side of extreme fairness. Laura did work hard to get the yard seeded but again not double the amount in my opinion. By mid of April of 2013 none of the fall seed was coming up and Laura came back and scratched up the ground surface and re-seeded. She ran out of seed and I provided her with new seed I had purchased a few days prior. (It should also be noted that the while there was work being done as relates to seeding I was always out side assisting with raking or scratching up the soil in both October and April) Well you would think with all the seed that was laid down I would have a lush yard by now and it is far from this. The side yard has done the best out of all area in the yard, but it has not fully taken and I have over seeded that area about 2 weeks ago. The back yard there is an area that is 11 x 13 that has totally not taken and then a few area that are 10 x 2 that did not take. Laura did call a few times since the April re-seed and I told her that it was slow going and during our last call I asked her to come over and take a look at the area because I wanted a plan to fix what had not taken. I even sent her pictures. She told me that they would get back to me and she and Erik would be out the following week. Mid of last week I sent her a text her because I had not had any response to the pictures I sent and I wanted to know when would be coming. I heard absolutely nothing from her. Yesterday I sent her another text saying I appreciated their service but I had resolved my issues and would no longer be needing their services going forward. (Please note that my resolution as to hire another contractor and he will be laying sod in the areas that did not take.) I am very dishearten by Laura and Erik's lack of consideration to my needs. Please not that I offered use of any of my tools when they were here to work in my yard. Lawn mowers, Leaf blower/sucker, my snow thrower even giving to Laura to use on one of her other customer jobs. If you need general yard maintainence then Lawn Pros in my opinion does a good job, but hiring them for anything other than I would not recommend!

While they are still working, as we hired them for several jobs that are ongoing, I have to say that they did an excellent job in every aspect of the work thus far. The pricing seemed quite fair, and maybe even better then a few of the other folks who came out to see the work we needed done. They seemed quite skilled and knowledgeable with every aspect both of what needed to be done and what they recommended we do in addition to the items we had already addressed. My wife and I were actually out of town the last time they worked on the outside of the home, but my mother-in-law was here with our kids and she went on and on about what great work they were doing.

They were great. They did what they said they would do at a reasonable cost and cleaned up after themselves.

I did not spend any money on the estimate. He came out and gave me a quote and solution just after few days. I never got a response back. I will probably not use his services again in the future.

They quoted me over the phone and did the work while I was out. Water was no longer leaking close to the foundation so I was pleased. However, I've called three times for a quote on tree trimming without any reply.

Due to the very rainy April the work was delayed until May -- which was no fault of Lawn Pros. They did cut my grass twice in May. May 18 and May 19 Lawn Pros came and installed the sod in the front yard, trimmed four bushes, cleaned out two garden beds and applied mulch/gravel. I could not be more happy with the work . My front yard was in horrible condition and it looks fantastic now. They actually went above and beyond by first leaving a square around the bottom of the bushes in the front yard and apply mulch around the bushes which will make it much easier to cut and trim around these bushes. Also while cleaning out the garden beds they took care to save my lilies, hostas and existing rose bushes. They even relocated some plants to better locations and staked up Irises. They applied river rock around the foundation and sides of garden beds and applied mulch in the center of the garden beds away from the foundation at my reqeust. The garden beds look fantastic. They have also cut and trimmed my back yard three times and they do a fantastic job and clean up. I would recommend Lawn Pros to anyone. Their dedication and passion for their work is truly visible in everything they do. They are personable and caring and you would be hard pressed to find a better company.

Everything was perfect. They obviously take pride in their work and are very easy to work with.

We have worked with Lawn Pros for the last 3 years, and are so happy we found them. Eric and Laura Heitman are absolutely wonderful to work with. The best thing about them is that they are completely dependable, i.e. if they say they are going to do something, then it gets done. They mow our lawn every week ($55 for a 0.9 acre yard), do fall and spring cleanups, mulch, perform bed maintenance, taken down some small trees. Eric has also fixed a drainage problem in our backyard, but creating a dry creek bed to funnel storm water properly into a large drainage pipe. The last $500 bill was for spring cleanup, fertiization, lawn mowing, etc. Otherwise, it is $55 for every mowing. I have NEVER had to call or harass them to get anything done - they just get it done. I am very happy and would recommend them to anyone.

I've been using them for about ten years and I don't think they need to improve at all. They are perfect; they have great customer service, they call you right back, they come when they say they are going to, and they do everything they say they are going to.

The last large service Lawn Pros did for me was in March. I am having a front porch built and the plants that would be in the way were removed and replanted at Lawn Pros until the porch is done. I also had to have two trees removed, one of which was very large with extensive roots. They came on a Saturday, were extremely careful with my lawn, and cleaned up better than I had before they came. Two days later, they returned and removed the stump and all the roots. They come when they say they will, they are very responsive when I call, they always give great advice and service -- I can kill anything green and have a worm phobia so this is important. I have absolutely no complaints about Lawn Pros and I recommend them to everyone.
