Hideous company. Two different contractors were no shows over the course of two weeks. They give a 3 to 4 day window, and still don't show. They do not respond effectively to inquiries, they just say the contractor will contact you.

It was awful.....I never gave my consent to mow my lawn. A man appeared and started to mow my lawn. I ask him to stop.

I contacted Lawn Love and the initial contact seemed professional and I felt the price was fair. That is where the positives stop. From the start our service was delayed numerous times before the work was done. When they finally got a provider to show up he refused to mow the back yard because his machine would not fit the the gate on the fence and he did not want to use a push mower. They passed the job to another provider causing another delay. When it was finally mowed, non of the clippings from the grass were cleared and the yard was unsightly. On the second service, the provider did show up on time, but elected to skip the back yard and still charged me the full price. I was livid and immediately called Lawn Love. To their credit, they immediately gave me a credit for half the price of the job. The straw the broke the camel's back was the service that was to be done today, June 15th. I drove to the property only to find that they had not done the service and had rescheduled again without informing me. I called and told the to terminate my agreement and refund my money. They did.
