I stopped by to have a broken hidge repaired with some glue. I was told the glue was not possible and that I needed a new hinge and back. I agreed. Then for $50 they would re-immage my hard drive while saving all of my data. About two weeks later, they called to say my hard drive was bad and that I needed another hard drive. I reluctantly agreed as I was already deep into a $250 repair on a $400 laptop. When I picked up the laptop, my data WAS not on the new hard drive. I was told it was not recoverable and that I should go to Micro Center for help. I asked for the hard drive back. They reluctantly gave me the hard drive. For the repair, they used so much GLUE they is oozed out. Also, the machine does not close properly and I am using the "bad hard drive RIGHT now". I have sent them three emails and two phone calls. The owner is aways busy and does not respond These people are rip offs! Be ware!
