Description of Work: I picked this company because it was the only computer repair shop I had found that would actually repair Dell laptops as it is Dell's policy only to have customer's send in (mail) their computers to Dell for repair. Due to security concerns of files and the fact that I wanted it quickly, this wasn't an option for me. I was very pleased with Chris Ward's local laptop sales & service shop on Colerain Ave. I needed to have a couple new keys replaced on the keyboard and he replaced the whole keyboard for a good price. Also, I was having difficulty accessing wireless service and he was able to fix this in less than five minutes as it was just an adjustment of a setting. Best of all, he didn't charge for "diagnostic" service due to the simplicity of the solution. Very helpful & honest. Will use him again and highly recommend!
