+ -1 moreLANDOLL'S DID A WONDERFUL JOB DRYING OUT THE DOWNSTAIRS LIVING AREA. I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK TWO TIMES TO COMPLETE THE JOB INSTALLING THE NEW CEILING TILES THAT WERE RUINED, AND THEY NEVER CAME BACK TO REPLACE THE WATER DAMAGED DOOR THEY REMOVED AND THREW OUT GOING TO THE STORAGE AREA UNDERNEATH THE STEPS. MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CALL, AND MADE APPOINTMENTS TO HAVE CONTRACTOR COME, AND NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. THIS WAS ALL PAID FOR IN THE ESTIMATE.
Description of Work: AFTER BASEMENT FLOODED. NEEDED REMOVAL OF DRYWALL, AND PARTIAL CEILING REPLACEMENT. LANDOLL CAME IN TORE OUT THE DRYWALL, AND REMOVED BASEBOARDS, AND FLOORING. DRIED THE FAMILY ROOM/PLAYROOM OUT. INSTALLATION OF NEW DRYWALL, AND REPLACEMENT OF PARTIAL CEILING, AND DOOR GOING TO STORAGE AREA.
