+ -1 moreExcellent service; excellent workmanship. Terri reviewed the roof and gave me a detailed quote on what was needed to adhere to the latest building codes. Her assistant stopped by later with samples so we could pick out colors. During the day long roofing replacement she stopped by two to three times to inspect the crews' work. After the work was completed she stopped by two more times to ensure the yard and driveway was completed cleaned and inspected the roof including caulking a few nail heads. Lady on the Roof has already been recommended to my neighbors!

While it was time to replace our shingles after 20+ years in the house, the most pressing item was a flat roof over a new addition that had sprung major leaks. Teri came out immediately to tarp the leaks and then walked us through all the options for both a new flat room along with replacing our existing shingles and gutters. She shared various price points and what those would get us. Once we finalized on our overall price point/features, she was very responsive to sharing the options - even stopping by at times to provide tangible samples rather than simply pointing to a web page. She was able to get her crew out to the house to complete the work ahead of schedule. Gutters were handled the same way and just as professionally. All in all, a knowledgeable contractor who focuses on quality and not on cutting corners.

+ 0 moreTerri provided several quotes using differing materials (good, better, best) in a very timely fashion. Her quotes were lower that the other vendors I contacted. We scheduled a date (actually 1 day for the roof and another for the gutters) for the work to be done, on that date they were there and completed the work. The roof and gutters look great. The crew cleaned up all traces. I'm very happy with the work.

Description of Work: Came to replace my roof. Pleasant and seemed to care. I had a large fish pond that I previously had issues with and had spoken to Terri about. The morning they were to start Terri slammed a sign into the pond, at least three times as she recalls, to try and put a tarp over the pond.She slashed the new liner doing this. At first she was all sorry and will" fix it and make it right ". SHE contracted two different pond people to repair, even though she was told patches may not hold...and they didn't. Then she agreed to cont. to try and fix it. She has since blatantly lied to me over and over. Now telling me I stole her money from insurance company. I have all my receipts to show what has gone on and not what she says at all . Then said she would report to her ins. comp for repairs, three weeks later accuses me of harassment in asking for my money. The ins. money , from different claim she made for roof repairs,came to me at first and I turned it over to her in good faith that she would fix my pond in the summer. She now says she has talked to her "attorney" but she will not provide me with their name or her ins comp name so I can call and fix this. She is clearly delusional. My kids made such comments when she first showed up but I went with her. Should have listened. Terrible business practices lying

+ -1 moreMy new roof is beautiful. They had to remove 2 layers of old shingles, added strip edge and a gutter apron. I have noticed when it rains, it is much quieter in my home. And the water runs where its supposed to go down the drain spout. Thank you Kruse roofing my home is beautiful with my new roof.
Description of Work: I had significant storm damage and needed a new roof. Terri and her crew were so professional and kind. She made sure I knew when they would be there and checked with me first to make sure it was okay. They were prompt and were there when they said they were going to be. Also very neat and cleaned up the extra shingles and debris and took it all away that day.
