Description of Work: We purchased a service agreement that has them come out twice a year, winter and summer, and inspect the furnace or air conditioner and service them to keep them running smoothly. Technicians have always been efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, (and kind to our pets.) they spend quite a bit of time inspecting and making sure everything runs smoothly.
