THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND THEY WERE ALWAYS VERY INFORMATIVE.

The workman was professional, competent and appears to have done a thorough job today when he serviced the furnace. My wife was here and she was very satisfied, as far as she can tell. Our only complaint was that it took longer than a week to get an appointment.

Service person was very thorough, in explaining exactly was he was going to check for and service. He told me, how I could keep my homes heating system in top shape. This service experience was exceptional. Very friendly and polite. Very good price.

I loved working with Knochelmann, because they were courteous, clean, prompt and professional. This was a huge purchase, a new heat-pump/HVAC system. Everyone I dealt with, from the saleswoman to the installer, made the process easy for me. I will use Knochelmann exclusively for service and would recommend them to family and friends.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR THE PAST SEVENTEEN YEARS. THEY CAN DO MANY DIFFERENT THINGS FOR YOUR HOUSE. YOU CAN RELY THAT THEY WILL BE THERE WHEN YOU NEED THEM AND THEY DO A GOOD JOB.

WE HAVE ALWAYS RECEIVED VERY SATISFACTORY SERVICE FROM THEM. THEY ARE PROMPT, FRIENDLY, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.

I was satisfied with my experience and felt the representative expressed concern and care. He left a clean work area after the service and was knowledgeable and professional.

I was very happy with the experience. John took our original ideas and made everything fit. Some issues came up because it is an old house, but they came up with excellent, workable solutions. Rick did a lot of the work. He was very good and always cleaned up at the end of the day. The only problem was, they had to wait for a cabinet piece and that delayed getting things finished a little bit. It was not a huge problem since we had another full bath in the house. Price was very reasonable based on other bids we received. They did not request payment until the work was done. I would recommend them.

The technicians were very polite and worked diligently to get the install job done. They were clearly knowledgeable and were careful to explain to me how to operate and take care of the system. The salesperson was professional. There was a slight miscommunication on the heat source, but overall the experience was very good.

I arranged for a weekend estimate appointment, and Knochelmann called me a day ahead of time to let me know that the representative might arrive early. (A nice courtesy.) Brian arrived as promised and was very professional throughout, walking me through the necessary procedures, suggesting alternatives, and clearly explaining the estimate. Had I chosen to proceed with the project, Knochelmann would have been high on my list.

THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY, AND WE ALWAYS CALL THEM FOR YEARLY INSPECTION. THEY WILL REPAIR WHAT EVER IS NEEDED IF THERE IS A PROBLEM. THE SERVICE GUYS ARE WONDERFUL.

THEY WERE GOING TO MOVE THE OLD ONE TO A NEW LOCATION BUT DECIDED IT WAS GOING TO CAUSE A LOT OF PROBLEMS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HAVE BEEN NOTHING BUT HONEST WITH ME.

THIS COMPANY WAS TRUSTWORTHY AND RELIABLE. THEY CAME PROMPTLY FOR A SERVICE CALL, AND THEY EXPLAINED EXACTLY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. THIS IS A NICE BUNCH OF GUYS TO HAVE IN YOUR HOME.

From my very first e-mail to Knochelmann to Steve phoning me as I requested prior to coming over, it was completely professional and top notch. Steve was on time, extremely polite and exceptionally professional. He really knows the HVAC industry AND it shows. Had our budget allowed and not had a previous relationship with another HVAC company, we would have selected Knochelmann!

It was a pretty big job. They were able to come out and do it right away. The guy cleaned up after himself and he was pretty straight up. We also signed up for their annual maintenance too. They are a pretty good company.

They honored the Angie's list discount. They were very thorough, prompt and efficient.

They seem like they did a good job & I would use them again.

Because the contractor gave me an estimate during a previous work visit, I was spared the cost of another estimate.

They were very knowledgeable regarding problems that kept the furnace from operating efficiently. The work was done quickly after they gave us the estimate.

CLEAN WORKER, AND EFFICIENT. HE GAVE A QUOTE FOR SOME NECESSARY WORK IN BASEMENT. IF THEIR COMPANY DOES THE WORK, THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHARGE. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT A PLUMBER IS WORTH, BUT $204 FOR LESS THAN AN HOUR SEEMS HIGH. THE ANGIE COUPON DID HELP. A SENIOR CITIZEN BENEFIT MIGHT HELP IN ADDITION TO COUPON. THOSE OF US ON A FIXED INCOME FIND TODAYS SERVICE PRICES VERY HIGH.

Brandon and a helper came to do the servicing of my furnace, they are very thorough and friendly. They do not try to sell you unnecessary things. They answered all my questions and are very knowledgeable. They do not mind a nosy homeowner hovering around and watching what they do. I have used them for the last year and a half and will continue to do so. Top rated company, in my opinion!

We thought we were going to have to buy a new water heater because the pilot went out and would not re-light. Joe was here doing an evaluation on our air ducts for the furnace and he fixed our water heater. Dummy me thought it was an electronic ignition, but he showed me that I needed to use a match or lighter (duh!). He also recommended that I replace the thermostat, which has been causing our furnace to run erratically. He told me a few other things to do that might help with our heating bills. He did not recommend any unnecessary services and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was very honest, which I appreciate above all. Top notch!
