They did a good job but it was a little expensive. They got the job done quick and easy and were real nice guys. They were pretty responsive and if they were late they would call and tell you. We have used them again for furnace cleanup and it has worked out really well.

Great! All employees were nice, professional and helpful. They explained what they were doing and how to use the system.

They came the same day as I called. Told me about when the service man would arrive and confirmed his arrival just before he came. Service man found the problem (defective capacitor) immediately and replaced it. The AC came on and worked like a charm. Service man easily talked me into a 1 year service agreement.

I called about a leaky garbage disposer, and they responded the next day and replaced it. I was pleased with the prompt response, and am pleased with the new disposer.

Service was quick, but the cost was high for such a minimal repair. Plus it's just $95 for them to come to your house!

It went great! We spoke with five companies overall, two of which sold Trane equipment. We contacted Knochelmann because we really wanted to stay with the Trane brand (our old equipment was Trane and we had very few problems with it and it was 20 years old) and we had heard mixed reviews about the other Trane dealer we spoke with. The sales rep, John Snowden, was prompt, polite and extremely thorough in both surveying our house to make sure he was offering us the appropriately-sized equipment for our home and also in making sure he clearly understood what we needed and expected from the new system. He did an excellent job of differentiating Knochelmann from its competitors. The installers arrived exactly when expected, and although we'd been told the project would take a day and a half, they worked diligently and finished in one day. They were clean cut, polite, and clearly love working for Knochelmann. They have great pride in their work. They cleaned up after themselves.

Brandon the field supervisor was excellent; professional and listened. This allowed for the correct diagnosis to be made which was an intermittent low volatage short. He didn't just make the unit turn on but searched for the problem source with a multimeter until it was clearly found. Even after rewiring he stayed around to make certain the compressor came on which it didn't. He assessed this and found a minor problem and corrected it. He explained everything and clearly knew his stuff. A prior service visit by a competitor resulted in a diagnosis of a non-repairable unit. I am writing this now in the comfort of functional air conditioning.

We had the units installed five years ago. They are prompt, courteous, thorough, and always on time.

They are very honest and take the time to explain everything. In regards to the water heater, he said "If I were you I would wait till something happens" it's 19 years old, I found that very refreshing.

John Snowden met with me and listened to my concerns (poor circulation upstairs). He took time to measure my house to determine my needs. Other companies wanted to base their estimates on what I already had, which would have been incorrect since we were replacing a heat pump with an air conditioning unit. Some didn't even want to come to the house, preferring to bid by Internet. John found some problems with how the prior system was installed and made several good suggestions. The installation went very smoothly. The installers explained the changes being made, they arrived and left on time, worked quickly and cleanly. We've been very happy.

Absolutely perfect. Prompt. He came within a couple hours of calling them. He was very professional. Knows his work. It ended up being the thermostat and he fixed it. We ended up purchasing a service contract from them as well.

At 3:30 pm on May 5, I called the office wondering where the salesman was. She explained he was at another appt and couldn't leave just yet. I said we had an appt at 3:00 pm. She was polite, and again explained, he was at another appt and couldn't just leave. I ask if he had a cell phone and our telephone number. Yes, she said he did. I wondered why he couldn't have called us, when he knew he would not be making the appt on time? She didn't know, but he would be there, as soon as he could. When would that be, I ask. She didn't know for sure. It was now about 3:40 pm, 40 minutes past our scheduled appt. I told her to tell him not to bother.

John (salesman)was very knowledgeable and eager to answer my questions. He was neither pushy nor did he try to sell us a system that was out of our budget. The installers were very nice, clean, showed up on time, and explained our new system and how to use it. They even placed cardboard down so not to scratch the hardwood floors. Overall, we were very pleased with the service, would highly recommend, and will definitely use again.

The technician was very competent and did a very thorough job. After I saw the job and the price I signed up for an additional fall and spring service for a $168 and received a nice discount on my service call.

They did show up on time and made sure everything was right the first time around during the installation. They also called me 1 hour before they were coming to the appointment to confirm. The 2 guys were very clean. They put down a tarp to cover mud that they were tracking in and cleaned up afterwards. We have had no problems with the heating unit since they installed it.

Everything had worked out fine for the most part. The people were very nice and I seem to be pleased. They showed up as scheduled and they did just great. I do not wish to disclose pricing at this time.

Everything went OK. There were no problems at all. I have dealt with them for years and they are always good. They are very professional and very conscientious of their work. Everything is just fine with the furnace and I am pleased.

Technician came for a furnace tune up and found a crack in the heat exchanger. He showed me the crack and based on the fact that the furnace was 15 years old I decided to get a new one. The technician had all of the information needed to make the decision and answered all of the questions I had. He analyzed the house to find the right size furnace and set up an appointment for 2 days later to have the furnace installed. The installers did a great job and left no mess behind. Great company, still use them for tune ups.

They had an A rating and I trusted them, which was the right thing to do. I got the right furnace at the right price. They were clean and fast. They taught me about furnaces and how to choose one and made the process very simple.

I called on a Saturday morning to schedule a future appointment. I was pleasantly surprised to learn they had evening appointments available. While on the phone, they let me know they had a cancellation for that same day. They called to tell me the service person was on the way and he arrived in the time they estimated. Todd was professional, friendly, courteous and went out of his way to answer my questions and take care of the "extras." He checked my CO alarm, the flue for my gas water heater and cleared away the debris (and a dead bird). I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience.

The serviceman told us we needed to replace our furnace but a second opinion from another company confirmed our feeling that that wasn't the case. We only needed to replace our thermostat. We have had a service agreement with Knochelmann for several years and they had never indicated that our furnace would need to be replaced in the near future.

Overall went very well - installed the new equipment within a few days of the salesman visit.

They were very thorough and we were very happy with their work. My HVAC was not working correctly and was only 3 years old. They were able to send out a service technician to adjust it instead of replace it!

Very prompt/same day service. They did an excellent job with calling ahead - never experienced anything like that before! Extremely polite service personnel who was very nice. Only issue was around price - $89 for the service call itself and then was charged $15 to twist the radiator knobs - felt that this was a bit silly. I also bought a service packet from them which increased the cost of the day.

They are always on time, call if there is a delay or problem. Always courteous, professional with reasonable rates. They have a preferred customers category and if you pay a yearly fee it includes a free check up on your furnace in the fall and your AC in the spring and you get preferred status there if you need anything in the rest of the year.
