The results are stunning. One of the most iconic houses in Cincinnati. Took longer than expected and cost more than expected, but in every other respect the company could not be faulted

The project was to take 3 months – took 7 months. Most of the staff was easy to work with but Tom was difficult to communicate with. His painter was the electrician, painter and plumber. Tom was very aggressive about talking us out of getting permits for the work which we ended up not getting. When the HVAC company came in they found the electrical was not complete and sloppy. Tom often forgot to order stuff. The staff was spread thin between jobs. I don’t know how anybody could work with him. The invoices were difficult to read. We were buying high end products but he used cheap options for under cabinet lighting and light switch covers. I went out and purchased the lights and switch plates I wanted and was charged again for the workers to replace the low end items with the items I wanted. I wanted no VOC paint in my home. I told him Sherman Williams had the paint I wanted. I came home to find the painter using the lowest quality flat paint Sherman Williams carries and when I asked him why, he said that Tom told him to use that paint. I went and purchased the paint I wanted and was charged again for the painters to repaint the walls. There was no aspect of the project except one that was not riddled with issues. Tom is well connected in the community and got us great connections with local businesses.

Very well- Mr Walter has a happy reliable crew that were very good at what they did and they got the job done in time, on budget and to our satisfaction. We bought a dated home- that needed a lot of work- Tom helped us visualize, design and worked with us all the way and even after!
