Description of Work: Complete master bath and powder room remodel. Made some significant changes and we are incredibly happy with the finished product.

Description of Work: They remodeled our kitchen in 2011 (your date of service didn't go back that far) along with removing a load bearing wall to open the kitchen to the dining and living room areas to make a more open plan. The remodel included moving one window and closing off a second window to provide wall space for the appliances we wanted included. They also also arranged the purchase and delivery of all the appliances we selected. All was done in the time frame promised and the quality of work was excellent.

Description of Work: I first used Kitchen Concepts about 15 years ago for a kitchen remodel. They did an excellent job, so when I decided to remodel my 1/2 bath, I contacted them again. They also installed marble counters during this time in my kitchen. I was quite satisfied again and would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Kitchen Concepts did an excellent job on our kitchen remodel. They saved us from many pitfalls and the kitchen turned out exactly as promised and as we pictured it and within the budget. What else could you ask for?

Description of Work: I used them twice. Once about 15 yrs. ago for a complete kitchen remodel; then about 3 yrs. ago for a 1/2 bath remodel and marble counters for the kitchen. I was very satisfied both times.

Description of Work: We did a total renovation of our kitchen including the removal of a wall. The kitchen design portion of the project started in the beginning of October 2013. Patrick was on his game in thinking of every possible detail for the final product--absolutely nothing was overlooked. |When the demolition started in February 2014 the project was managed by Rich. Rich was on every subcontractor to see the project through to completion. Rich was always just a phone call away and always responsive to our needs. Even when something went wrong at the house that had nothing to do with the kitchen, Rich was there getting us the help we needed. | |All of the subcontractors that came to the house were professional and personable. I would hire any of them to meet my carpentry, plumbing, and electrical needs in the future.

Description of Work: We were foolish enough to hire this company to remodel two bathrooms in our 120plus year old home. The "front man" seemed very professional and caring. We ended up paying them before the job even started. I don't know what we were thinking! To make a long story short, they were the most obnoxious, rude, sloppy, people we have ever dealt with. The "job" lasted from July until right before Thanksgiving. They put a lock on our door so they could use their key whenever they liked. I never knew when they would show up. I tried to be understanding, patient, and accommodating, but after a few weeks it was clear that we had made a HUGE MISTAKE! The contact man made decisions that were absolutely ridiculous. Instead of putting a dumpster and a chute to get rid of the debris, (our bathrooms were demolished, even using a jackhammer to cut up the cement floors), he hired some bums with a truck that looked like the Beverly Hillbillies to haul away all the debris. This was done filling up garbage cans and dragging them down the stairs where they dumped it in their truck. Every time they would do this dust from two bathrooms would fly into the air and go everywhere! The dust was from plaster walls, old cast iron sinks and bathtubs, concrete flooring, tile, etc., etc. They did not even clean up daily after they were finished "
