It went quite well. Workers showed up as per schedule, were thoughtful and helpful, and cleaned up after themselves each day. The color and selection of tile was outstanding and the only glitch in installation was that the shower floor didn't quite drain right and left a puddle. When pointed out they returned to fix it without argument. Bathroom work is pricier than I expected but their price was not out of the ballpark at all...and quality costs! Very nice, no elegant, job!

The experience was exceptional from the initial measurements, proposal, countertop and tile backsplash selection and coordination with the appliance delivery. Steven, Megan, Greg and Shayna were very professional, easy to work with and responsive to all of my questions. I would not hesitate to work with them again!

K & B Innovations was fantastic to work with from our initial meeting. They listened to what we wanted and our concerns and they designed our kitchen perfectly. On the day they were scheduled to begin, they were there on-time and were very professional. Any time we had a question or concern, they were very prompt responding to us. We were nervous about doing a total kitchen renovation, but working with K & B Innovations made the process smooth and stress free. We would highly recommend them.

I can't speak highly enough about our experience with this company. Everything from the design of the kitchen, to the actual work being done, went better than expected. They answered all of our questions, they were professional and everyone was so nice.

It went off without a hitch and the craftsmanship is exactly what I needed. My wife and I were in need to update our entire kitchen. We were looking for a remodeling company that specializes in kitchens and has a certified plumber on staff (not contracted). This team designed one of the best looking kitchens I've ever seen and then delivered on it – inside the budget and timeline and this wasn't a simple job moving an island, adding plumbing, counters, redoing the floors and adding new cabinets. We couldn't be happier. Really appreciate how in touch with us they were through the entire process.

The job went well but 2 tiles needed to be straightened on the wall and floor. Also, grout started to crack between tub and first layer of tile in November 2016. Notified the business of the tile problems in October 2016. I called again in May 2017 and fixed problems June 2017.

We found this company through Angies List. We were very impressed with the level of care we received from start to finish. The estimate was more than we were willing to spend, and Steve worked with us so that we could make some changes that would be more affordable. Before we even contracted with them, Steve came out to do pictures and estimates, then we went to the showroom, where he went through everything with us, and gave us a nice glossy book with our measurements and estimates. This was the only company that did this part of the work for free, before we were even a customer. Others wanted to charge 200.00 for a redesign, measurements and estimates, even if we chose to have the work done by someone else. Lowes charged us 75.00 just to come out, and they did measurements, but wouldn't let us have them. It was very easy to visualize everything with Steve, as he gave us a brochure, and the showroom was excellent. Other contractors also did not have a showroom, and we were sent to different stores to pick things out, this was one of the biggest reasons we chose them. The major work was completed in 3 weeks, with a small wait for custom shower doors. Everyday our place was left spotless, even though this was major renovation. There were a couple things I was particularly picky about, and the installers changed it right away, always with a smile. I wasn't happy with the caulk color, they redid every bit of it when I asked. We wanted to grout under a vanity which was already installed, they immediately started over and fixed it. I didn't like lighting placement after I saw it, they fixed it to make it what I wanted. There have been times I have worked with contracters who I was intimidated by, these guys were like talking with your brothers. In fact, this is a family company, and very importantly, can be trusted. We gave them a key to our house and were able to go to work everyday knowing our house was safe. The bathroom turned out more beautifully than we could have imagined, and we definitely got the resale value back immediately, according to all the neighbors. The same crew came each day, which was very important to us also.

It turned out marvelous! They have been very accommodating and easy to work with- friendly, punctual, totally professional and easy to work with.

OK. Did not like the final price for estimated work.

He seemed nice enough when he came out, but it is hard for me to say what this experience says about the company's professionalism, or our desire to work with a company that does not know how to work within the timeframe offered. UPDATE: They finally came up with a quote last week, and the quote was *by far* the highest quote we had received out of 5 other bids. Still, I was interested in seeing the breakdown of what he had planned. They said they would e-mail it to me, and I have yet to receive the e-mail. I hope, for their sake, that the reason is because they are busy with business...but they have lost ours.

While the Big Deal of drawings was achieved, it wasn't what I had expected. I was looking for some ideas and guidance as to what could be done with our space, but the finished product didn't reflect much change at all. And what change there was, didn't seem to fit the space very well. I was not inspired to pursue renovations at this time.

The installers were on time everyday and would call 30 minutes in advance to let us know exactly when they would arrive. They were thorough and professional and asked for our input regularly in an effort to make certain we were satisfied. They even made an extra effort to make suggestions and modify the backsplash to our satisfaction. The work and results of the remodel exceeded our expectations. We were concerned with potential damage to our cabinets and wood floors, but not a mark was left on anything.

I think the estimate was probably reasonable. We didn't do anything as a follow up to them.

Professional , sensitive, people to work with. Spent plenty of time with us assessing our needs, gave good options, no heavy handed selling. Completed the work on time, was careful about cleaning up after doing their work, followed up with us with a final inspection and phone call, even gave us a small refund (unexpected and appreciated) when the job was completed stating that the work required less time than they had anticipated. Will definitely have them back to do additional work!

They had a good price, reasonable selection of materials, and worked very professionally. Had an issue with the door getting done since parts did not arrive, but they came as soon as they had them to finish the job and it turned out well. Also got things done on time other than the shower door issue.

That service went well. I was happy with the plans and they gave us printed out color photos of what the kitchen would look like.

KBI was great to work with, all the guys professional and courteous . Once they started, they really hustled to get the job done, being extremely respectful of our house. Once the demo work was complete, they started the tile work etc. and that's where it was apparent that KBI was outstanding in their finish work! They were very easy to work with, really paying attention to the smallest detail. The completed job turned out awesome!!

Done professionally and onetime. Provide two types of plans that we requested. They were open to changes and offered different options.

After the scheduled meeting at my home to discuss my priorities for a kitchen remodel, I waited for the follow up call for us to come in and review the proposed design. No one called. I emailed the Sales Manager Steven Gumbert who replied that someone would email me while he was on PTO. I did not receive the email. When I contacted Steve again, he forwarded me an email from "the receptionist" that said they could not do the design plan because "Some of the things that [I] would like to have done are outside of the capabilities of our design program as we are unable to build or provide custom cabinetry." Angie's deal was for a complete Design Plan (worth $300). It was not for completing the work. So, in essence, they wouldn't do the design plan if they were not going to get all of the remodeling work. I can get a new counter top from any home improvement store. What I needed was a whole professional kitchen design that included the counter top. I have wasted a lot of time waiting to find out I'm back at square one: no kitchen design plan.

They came out, and I haven?t heard anything back from them yet. They are very nice, I just want to know what?s going on. UPDATE 12/26/14: They finally got me my plans, and they were renderings with no measurements. One of them also had an error where they extended cabinets to the wall where there is a door.

We were very, very pleased. They kept to their schedule and they kept everything clean. They were high in integrity and very straightforward. They were easy people to work with. Their bid was competitive. My wife loves it. We would recommend them to anybody. You have to decide what you want going in because they can't decide what you want. If you know what you want and communicate it, you will be fine. They weren't a lot cheaper than the other quotes we got but they were a little cheaper. We had no issue with the quality of the work. They kept a schedule and kept their word. They could have been a little more creative on their own but we provided input and it was fine. We would absolutely use them again.

They were great. The price was reasonable. They were very skilled and did a very fine job. They were very flexible if something came along and we needed to make a change, they just did the change. I thought their pricing was quite reasonable for the amount of work they did but I had nothing to base that on. They were always there when they said they would be. I would absolutely use them again.

I would definitely recommend them again, and would give them an A+. Steven Gumbert knew his products, was very professional, and communicated extremely well. Greg Gumbert, the contractor and owner, was timely, extremely competent and installed everything perfectly. He worked consistently, cleaned up afterwards, and the bath turned out beautifully!!!! I liked Steven and Greg's professionalism and efficiency the best!! The quality of work was timely and excellent. They both communicated very well by email and phone, offered helpful suggestions and kept us informed. They let us know the steps they were going to take daily. Might help a little to have them written out in a print out of daily activities rather than verbal, though. Comparatively speaking, prices were reasonable. I give Kitchen and Bat Innovations an A+!!!
