Description of Work: Full kitchen gut/remodel. It was very nice working with everyone at Kitchen & Bath from the design stage through the finished remodel. If I ever had any questions or concerns they were answered or addressed immediately. I am very satisfied with the finished kitchen and will definitely use them again if/when the time arises.

Description of Work: They provided me with basic plans for a kitchen and master bath redesign. Because I wanted a more extensive remodel, I decided to use a construction company. However, if someone is looking to just update their space, they seem to offer good design plans and quality products.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for plans and measurements for my kitchen. I haven't received the measurements (or plans) because I won't go into their office and listen to their sales pitch. The person came to my house, promptly and explained a few things and then contacted me via email (which is what I prefer) and informed me that they don't give measurements. I informed them that I paid for that (and showed them a copy of what I purchased) and was then told I needed to come into their store to get these. My issue is that there was no "small print" when I purchased this deal telling me that I would have to go into their showroom. I expected to get measurements and their estimate/plan for a a kitchen redo. I did get their estimate, but I never received the measurements I paid for.

Description of Work: Used the Angie List special offer to get my kitchen measured and plans created (along with pricing) to renovate the entire kitchen, less new appliances. The gentleman was prompt for the appointed time to measure the kitchen, was professional and courteous. The estimate was returned before the expected date. The estimate was a bit higher than what I expected. However, my main reason for not using their services to complete the job is their inability to provide the materials I wanted. I was looking to create a Craftsman/Arts and Crafts themed kitchen. The cabinetry and tiles offered where not what I am looking for.

Description of Work: I got an Angie's List Deal for a kitchen remodeling plan from Kitchen and Bath Innovations for $49. Steven was very professional and thorough. He came to the house and took all the measurements and our needs. Then he developed a detailed plan with drawings for a complete kitchen remodel. I met him in their showroom so that I could see all the cabinets and layouts. We are waiting on the actual remodel.

+ 0 more.One of the main reasons we initially chose Kitchen and Bath Innovations is because they are a family owned business and complete all the work themselves, so there are no sub-contractors to wait on or to deal with. We didn't want 6-8 weeks of having contractors trooping in and out of the house. The two other businesses we contacted told us that 6-8 weeks was the common time for a complete remodel. Plus, we felt that we had the the Kitchen and Bath Innovations Sales Manager's "ear" from the minute we stepped into their showroom. Steven listened to our needs,offered ideas,helped guide us,and revised our plans numerous times to make the best use of our oddly shaped bathroom. He called us when he said he would, had estimates and plans when he said he would have them done, and he also worked within our budget - not pushing us to add more money to the project. Greg Gumbert, the owner, and his crew have arrived promptly each morning and have done exactly what they said they would do. We are half-way through a 2 and 1/2 week remodel - right on schedule. The crew cleans up after themselves each day, are polite, friendly, considerate,and make sure that we're happy with how things are going. We would definitely use KITCHEN AND BATH INNOVATIONS again.

Description of Work: I had contacted Kitchen and Bath renovations to finish a master bath project that another contractor had started. I needed them to create a custom shower and a subfloor and leveling solution, install the tub and vanity and cut down a set of french doors. The price was over $13,000! This did NOT include the shower or floor tile, or the glass for the custom shower, nor any of the fixtures. I have already spent near to this amount on the work I have done up to now. I told him you can do a complete bath for $13,500 to which he replied they usually do jobs starting around $20,000-$25,000. |If I used them, I would have probably spent $30,000 total on my bath with the work I have already done. I already have electric and plumbing run, and all of my lighting, plumbing fixtures as well as a double vanity and claw foot tub (none of which is installed yet).

+ 4 moreWe had a shower in master bathroom with no vent fan causing drywall damage on walls and ceiling in bathroom and bedroom. We went to their location on Beechmont Ave to discuss the problem and see what our options were. They were very helpful and scheduled someone to come out and take a look, Originally scheduled someone to come out and look at the shower and there was a mis-communication and they didn't show up. There was mis-communication between the person scheduling and the person estimating. Once we got that straightened out, they were very prompt with each service call. The job was supposed to take 2 partial days but due to impending inclement weather, they were able to finish in 1 day to make sure we wouldn't have to wait if they weren't able to make it. We didn't get any other estimates so I can't say if it was the best price, but we feel it was a fair price for the work done. The people are very nice, professional and easy to work with.
Description of Work: Installed a fan/light combination into shower with ceramic tile ceiling and patched drywall in various areas
