Kessler's Pro Turf

I subscribed to his service for five years. All went well until this year when I had a desease/insect problem that severely affected my entire lawn. I left a message for him to call. He failed to return my call. I called three weeks later to follow up and he said he had visited my home last Thursday and did not see a problem. When I reitterrated the problem, he asked exactly where the desease was. This told me he was lying since the desease was clearly evident all over my yard. He made an appointment to meet me and failed to show up. When I called him to see where he was, he said he forgot and couldn't be there for two more hours. Later, when discussing the issue in person, he now said it was Saturday he visited my yard. I was home all day Thursday and Saturday...he wasn't there. This guy can't keep his story straight. Very frustrating. Very unprofessional.
