Description of Work: Came out to do an estimate, very knowledgable BUT promised a quote by the end of that week, and over 3.5 weeks later I still NEVER got one! Terrible business image when you can't keep the initial promise, how can they be trusted to do a timely and complete job if you were to hire them?

Description of Work: I used Kerlin Co. for the installation in 2000 and through last year for service. They had a young tech come out in Nov. 2013 to shut off the service and he muddied the carpeting but then denied doing it to his boss although he apologized to me while he was here. Well, Kerlin did not send me a renewal notice for this spring start-up because I withheld $40 from the last bill to pay for the carpet cleaning. (I did go ahead and send the $40 later although they were in the wrong.) I was really disappointed in them because they believed their service guy instead of me. It was very insulting to me after all these years and my being a very good customer. Another point is that whenever their people made errors in their work and another call had to be made for them to come out again they charged for it. They always charged for their mistakes - nice people but not accountable for their mistakes.

Description of Work: After finding a water main leak, I contacted Kerlin for an estimate. Prompt, professional and priced fairly, I asked them to begin work ASAP since we had no water. Within the hour they were on site and digging to the leak. The sod was carefully removed and placed on a tarp to keep the removed soil contained and reusable. Once replaced, you'd never know a backhoe was present. After talking with them, I learned they also did residential plumbing. I asked them to clear two slow running drains. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
