ceramic tile
 + -1 moreWe special ordered tile from them which came in on time and all was well here in the showroom. The problem came on the contractor side when we picked up mastic, which wound up being the wrong product that required a separate trip to exchange, the unsanded grout did not match the color sample (and our contractor is not new a mixing grout and installing tile), and when I had to get an extra tube of matching caulk, I called ahead when the contractor ran out, and was told they had it in stock. When I drove there, they did not have it, and I had to drive to another tile provider in the area to get what we needed. This wasted a couple of hours of my time and the contractors.
Description of Work: Special ordered kitchen tile and trim.
