+ -1 moreDarren Meyers was the guy that we used. Our experience was fantastic. I gave him a list of four or five pages of things that I wanted. He was able to come up with a plan for our house that included almost everything I had on that list. He was creative and detail oriented. He was good at following through and getting a hold of us. There was a situation where he displayed his integrity. He was just a fun and easy person to work with. He was never afraid to give his opinion but still saw us as the customer. He was also good about keeping within the budget. When we used him we bought the plan from him and then payed an hourly wage to have him oversee the construction.
Description of Work: I designed a new house that we were having built.

+ -1 moreMY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. KEN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WAS A VALUABLE ASSET DURING THE PROCESS OF MY HOME DESIGN. KEN ALSO CAME WELL WITHIN HIS NOT TO EXCEED PRICE WHICH WAS QUOTED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE PROJECT.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY PROVIDED THE DESIGN SERVICES FOR MY NEW HOME. THE HOME WAS A TWO STORY THAT IS APPROXIMATELY 3,800 SQUARE FEET. THERE SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDED DESIGN SUGGESTIONS, DESIGN ENGINEERING, AND CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS.
