They are with Senior services. His name was Dave Foster, he is the owner and he did a good job putting in the railing from dining room to my driveway. I wasn't expecting him to do that good of a job. He is a good worker, does his job, and cleans up after himself. He cleaned up all of his tools and put my mats back when he was done. I didn't have to do a thing after he was done. He came in inspected my home and did what he needed to do. I would use him again.

The service was fine. I find him competent and honest.

ok, but said he couldn't install the remote transmitter. Disappointed it only has one speed when it was suppose to have several speeds plus a reverse.

Dave was responsive, prompt, efficient, and successful in accomplishing the job.

Had all the parts before the job. Went in to the crawl with standing water and tested the sump pump instead of just replacing. Explained why it happened and fixed it right.

Dave is very prompt, he always arrives when he says he will and he completes his work quickly and with quality. If he can't do something or doesn't think it is his area of expertise he will tell you rather than try and do something with less than a perfect result. I have used him many times for many different types of jobs.

The process was a little slow but he was very meticulous about his work . They always kept their area clean and tidy.

He replaced a garage door light for me and installed a vacuum fan in the attic. I thought he was terrific. He put in a lot of time. He was very patient looking for the causes of the problem. He was also very professional and very nice. For instance, he came at 6:30 on a Saturdy to finish a job. He could not have been more helpful.

Kendall entered the attic, found the source and fixed it from the outside without re-roofing the whole house. He also pulled the insulation away from the wet spot in the attic to allow it to dry, and on the second visit rearranged the insulation. He wouldn't fix the ceiling, claiming "You wouldn't be happy with the result" since the ceiling was textured. I ended up doing that part myself (and I'm not particularly happy with the result). He also provided (for a fee, of course) end plugs for the peak vents of all our roof peaks. If he says he'll be at your house at 8:30am, he'll likely show up at 8, so be up and dressed.

We are very pleased with the service and Highly Recommend! From the date of the first visit, he got back to us within a day, we didn't have to hunt him down, gave us the estimate and was available to start his services within 3 days. Extremely Fantastic Experience! He started and came back daily until all the items were complete. Great mannerisms and Quality workmanship! Thank you!

My window was leaking and Dave came out to look at it. I thought I would need a complete new window and possibly new siding. He recommended a different MUCH cheaper solution - and so far I think it is going to work. He was very prompt and very professional!

Did not honor %10 discount offered in ad on Angie's List. When reminded was rude or said he had applied discount. In bathroom, base of installed lights smaller than old ones: area spackelled and repainted have totally different surface from existing paint. Also true of switch plate hole repair. Broke 1st hand held shower yet charged for install and removal ($25 ea). Chipped recently painted door and woodwork. Did not clean up spackle dust. Charged $40 to plant mum; did not plant where requested. Tracked insulation from attic in house when installing ceiling fan in bedroom. Covered bed partially with tarp; did not clean up after installation leaving drywall dust, insulation, screws and nuts throughout. !st time light used, chain broke. When advised, he said he'd be there next day; never showed. Insisted curtain rods we'd bought were wrong length. We ret'd and bought length he insisted were correct. These were wrong so he said he would rebuy orig length and return wrong ones. He charged $60 for these and light bulbs for ceiling fan - actual price: 14.95 and 1.98. No prior mention of charging to pick these up. He never returned the rods he insisted were the correct size but used the hardware from them to install the others. Said he'd dispose of intercom; left hidden in garage. Sanded spackel between applications; left spackel dust in 4 rooms. Removed face plate from outlet in den; never repaired wiring; left wiring dangling, plate off. When asked to return to correct other items, joked about leaving faceplate off; never showed. Used shop vac from patio to clean vents. Left shop vac in basement tho aware I am not able to bring it up the stairs. His contractor painted over peeling paint; new paint is peeling. His contractor did not remove weather transmitter from woodwork despite request to Kendal and contractor. Kendal said he would fix; never did. Sealed gutter still leaks. Complained about paint for basement, work of prior painter, did not clean brushes; they are ruined and were new, high end brushes. Neither he or contractor sealed paint well; dried out. No use for touchups. Paint left out doors got rain and leaves in it due to poor seal. I would like him to pay for the fixes since he work is faulty and he promises to show and never does. As his work ages, it does not age well. I would like work to be of a better quality. I will take Kendal to small claims court if need be.

Kendall was great. He was out within a few hours of us calling him. He was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the problems. His work looks outstanding - especially the mudding and sanding. It was great to find a handyman who could fix the roof leak and repair the interior damage! We had had the builder out 2 times for the bay window leak and they had said they had fixed it - but they had not, and they had miss diagnosed the problem. Kendal got it right the first time. I will hire him again if I ever need a handyman.

Dave came out right on time the day after I called. I needed to have two pieces of work done to fix collateral damage caused by a roof replacement. These were: securing a light fixture that was knocked out of kilter and fixing nail pops in the ceiling. Dave got the light fixture secured just fine, but he then told me he didn't do drywall repair, even though his company's listing says they do. When he replaced the caulking, he didn't smooth it all out and didn't clean up the old caulk. There wasn't a lot of caulk to replace, so it wasn't a big deal, but I would have liked to have seen that done. On the other hand, he didn't charge me for the caulking, and the $35 for figuring out and securing that light fixture was very reasonable.

It went great. Kendall Remodeling and Handyman Service came out the same afternoon I called and repaired our rfoof that day. I would definitely use this Company again.

The representative came out to my house on a Sunday morning to look at the job. He had to come back on Monday to do it because he didn't have the right kind of gutter spike. He was on time and friendly. The work was performed quickly and without any problems. I will use him again if I need to.

We had some roof damage and siding trim damage from the recent windstorm. We called Dave Kendall from the list provided. He arrived promptly to give an estimate and then showed up on the designated day. He fixed both the roof on the house and on the garage, performing additional structural support for the garage. He was very professional and left the area in clean and beautiful condition. We intend to use his services for everything.

I needed a job quick. Dave set an appointment for the first thing the next morning and showed up on time. He was done in an hour and a half. Perfect.

Called Dave and he followed up to gain an appointment to give me an estimate with in an hour. The estimate was fair and he stuck to the amount following the repair work being completed. He confirmed the day before he would be coming out and was on time for our appointment. The job required additional materials, he purchased them and completed the job as promised on time as well as budget. The repair has held up to the weather elements following completion of the work.
