We were very happy with the service provided. He arrived on time and told us how long it would take to replace the pipe from the kitchen sink to the basement, and did a great job no more leaks. Very happy.

Great customer service to setup the appointment. Fixed first time through and happy with repairs. Only gripe would be that the tech was running late, which I know happens, but I had to call an hour after the fact to find out he was in fact running behind.

Friendly and courteous staff from phone receptionist to service rep. he worked on clogged drains, followed pipes to insure drains running freely. Cleaned areas. Left instructions for clean up as 1 area would continue to drip until tightly sealed. Satisfied and would recommend

Herbert Plumbing came out to do the repair of a water softener. The company was prompt to the appointment and cleaned up after repair work was finished. I would highly recommend their service.

Very pricey but excellent customer service. If you can afford their process by all means, go with them. I anticipated about $350.00 to $400.00. It was more than double that even with a sizable discount? But like I said, if you can afford them go with them. You'll be satisfied.
