He identified a problem that I didn t realize I had saving me a big headache and money.

After replacing all of the tub plumbing, we were still experiencing a leak somewhere. He didn't stop until he found an iron pipe that has rusted through. He replaced that and now everything is fine.

I had them replace a pipe that kept falling apart. They fixed the problem very quickly, was courteous, and overall had a very good interaction. I would definitely call them again if I have a plumbing problem.

Scheduled me quickly, the plumber was on time and completed the work quickly. Jim was very cordial and pleasant to deal with. I thought the cost was high but it is been a while since I have had plumbing done so it may very well be within the norm or even low for all I know. My issue is with the charges and billing. First, I had a coupon for free service call if work was done. Jimi told me that was not needed since a service call is not charged if work is done. Jimi then quoted me a cost then told me later that was incorrect and it was actually $40 more which I agreed to. I paid the total and the invoice was emailed to me. I expected that to list the cost for each item included in the total cost, i.e. labor, materials, etc. Instead it was just the total with an item # included for the whole job. This is apparently the # of the job done and is based on the work and labor costs involved. When I asked for it to be broken down, I was told that that could not be done. I was also told that the reason jobs were billed that way was so that customers would not be penalized if the work took longer than expected if the plumber was *slow* in doing the repair. It seems to me that if the time taken was longer than expected, you would just charge for the time the repair SHOULD have taken instead of the actual time it did. If I d asked for a quote before the work was done, this issue would no doubt have arisen and I would have made a decision as to whether to hire or not based on the total cost w/o knowing the cost of labor/hr., etc. That is entirely my responsibility. I know that the average charge of a plumbing repair is $300 and I paid $330. However, there is a range of average costs based on work done with the lowest being $145. I think that replacement of a couple of feet of existing pipe with copper pipe and a small elbow connection would be toward the low end but I don t know. I have never experienced this type of billing system for contracted work and don t like not being able to see the exact amount charged for items adding up to the total. I would not hire this company again for that reason and my general feeling that the charge was high. However, this is just my personal preference that probably would not have come up had I asked for a quote before scheduling the service. There was otherwise no problem whatsoever with my contact with any staff nor the work done.

I was satisfied with this company; regarding the work performed. However, disappointed that he could not split my payment. He also cleaned out his truck and dumped all of his trash into my garbage can.

Was very knowledgeable. Listened. Answered my questions. Completed the work.

He was very nice and got the pipe fixed. He was unable to repair the drywall though, so now I have to hire someone to do that. But aside from that, the gentleman was great and very professional.

Jimmy was very informative and went the extra mile to ensure I understood the repairs necessary.

They did a great job replacing my hot water tank. They brought in a new one and remove the old.

They were prompt and professional. Explained the issue, provided a quote for the broken pipe, went out to get the material and fixed it. Gave recommendations on future plumbing needs and were off. Very quick and efficient. Hopefully Mother Nature will be kind to the repair.

Installer Mike and Rob did a very good job of installing my water heater.

Prompt for appointment. Helped fix problem for reasonable service call price.

I was also giving information on things to watch for in the future because of older products. This will help in long term planning for my home.

The per rate was a little pricey but the representative was thorough and easy to talk to.
