Kemphaus is a lifesaver! They did a fantastic job! I had four other plumbers for months who were unable to help me, one of them actually walked off the job. Ralph came in assessed the problem and fixed it in one day at a much more reasonable price than the others. I cant recommend him more highly!

Ralph Kemphaus responded promptly to my phone request to examine the broken line and explained the steps required to replace the line. He outlined where the landscape would be dug up to place the new pipe and to minimize the disruption to existing bushes and trees. He was confident that the yard would be restored to its normal condition. He was true to his word. His quote for the job was very fair, and better than other prices I received. He and his team of professional workers performed the installation exactly as planned. They completed the task in less than two days and the sewer works well even in heavy rain. The landscape looks great. I strongly recommend Ralph Kemphaus and his workers and was very impressed with their courtesy, professionalism, and work ethic.

Excellent, Ralph, came out to the house and reviewed the issues and advised on the work to be performed and an estimate of the cost. They went into the crawl space and put blocking and insulation to keep the water main away from the concrete foundation wall. The job was done in under an hour.

It went fantastic! I could not have asked for a better company to work with than Kemphaus! Based on our limited knowledge of the area, we first had a large name plumbing company (who I shall not name) come out to take a look. They quoted us over $5,000 just to the absolute basic work (of reattaching the main drain to the septic tank) required to fix the problem. We ended up calling around, and found Kemphaus. After calling, they were out to take a look very quickly—based all around our schedule. After evaluating the situation for free, they were able to identify the issue. Ralph was honest about the amount of work needed, and to do more than the big name company, he quoted us 1/3 of the price! Once we agreed, they began work immediately. They fixed the issue, but also saw were we had a continued problem needing addressed. They spend over two days out here to fix the issue, and did a considerable amount of work. After all was said and done, the final bill for both issues was half the price of what the other guys had quoted us just for a simple fix! They went above and beyond to ensure we were not ripped off, and had quality work done. They had us come look at each thing they were doing and explain it to us so we could see the issue ourself! Ralph and his guys were quick, professional, nice, honest, and did minimal damage to my yard! We will DEFINITELY be calling them for all of our plumbing needs in the future!

Ralph did a good job. The system he installed seems to be working good. Ralph is the kind of guy I would use again because I felt like I could trust him from the beginning on something I knew nothing about. He explained everything before he did it, always tried to keep me informed on how it was going, did a neat clean job, and he's easy to talk to. Got a firm price that never changed during the job , used high grade materials, and did what he said he would. He will be the first guy I call if I need something again. Good guy to work with.

As stated above, we expected Mr. Kemphaus to meet with the concrete contractor, something he said he would do. It didn't happen. There were a few aspects to the driveway project that could have been improved had Mr. Kemphaus followed through.

We are very pleased with the work Ralph and his crew did. He came for an assessment, and followed up by having someone put a camera down the drain to see the extend of the problem. Ralph came back to discuss in detail what the job would involve. He started two days later and completed the work in three days. They cleaned up, did a great job replanting the part of the lawn that needed digging up. He explained how the pump and the battery backup work.

Kemphaus Water Solutions helped my mother resolve her basement and sewer issues at a very reasonable price. They also offer senior discounts. The crew was very respectful and proffesional. They treated us like family. I will always recommend them to anyone that is shopping around for contractors.
