Job was done well and quickly. No issues.

It was very good. Very professional. Men were on time, worked hard and were organized. Clean-up was perfect.

Estimate was spot on. We already had 2 layers so they had to do a tear-off. They also added 5 roof vents since our older house only had soffit vents and slats at the peaks. Our old roof had been leaking into the rear hallway. The leak did not re-appear after the new roof was completed. The flashings on the pipes and chimney haven't had any issues. We chose to go with 30 year dimensional shingles.

They were great. I didn't know if they could come help or not - They did my roof and my gutters and my gutter guards and were happy to come take a look and see what they could do. They were so quick to respond and had to take apart my downspout to clear, as well as repair the damage the birds had done. And he checked and tightened any area he found where they could try to get in again. (now they just keep pecking on my downspout and gutters to try to get back in). I was very happy with their help.

I called and spoke to Mark Kelly. He said they would get to it right away, since rain was expected very soon. They showed up the next day adn did an excellent job. They only charged me $225, what I consider the minimum charge. The shingles were repaired / replaced and the garage vents were expertly installed. We've had two substantial rains since they were installed and no leaks. Kelly is the only roofer we'll use from now on. They are outstanding.

I had very good results; I have been very satisfied with them both times. They responded very quickly, they did what they were going to do, and fixed the problem. They were very friendly and the price seemed fair.

The new roofing materials were delivered on the date they had scheduled; Kelly workers arrived the following day and completed the job that same day. At the end of the day after completly cleaning up, the only evidence that they had been there was a brand new roof. We were very impressed and extremely satisfied!

They called to see if they could come out a few days early. They had another job go faster than expected. That was fine with me. They performed the work, cleaned up and were on their way. I'm writing this review almost two years after the roof was replaced. I've had no problems.

Everything was professional and done extremely well.

I waited 2 months to write this report to make sure that I was correct in my analysis of the company. I would highly recommend Kelly Roofing.

They didn't even come to look at the job.

A tree fell on our house during an overnight storm just before the Memorial Day weekend. We could hear the tree moving around overnight, but we saw no sign of leakage. The next morning, we saw that the main trunk of the tree was hanging about 3" above the roof, supported by springy branches. That evening, we had a tree service get the tree down from the roof so it could be inspected. We called Kelly Roofing & Repair to inspect the roof for damage. They told us up front that it would cost $100. We still had seen no leakage, so we weren't worried about water damage, and had them come on May 31, rather than on overtime. On May 31, they inspected the roof, and found nothing more than a few scratched shingles, which they did not feel needed replacing. They removed and bent back some damaged gutter screens, and reinstalled them. They also blew all debris off the roof. Finally, they cleared a clogged downspout, which was too tall for my ladder to reach. I felt that I got more than my money's worth from this inspection.

They did a wonderful job. They were very accomodating and worked around our vacation schedule to work everything out. They cleaned up after themselves, they showed up on time and even did some extra work for us we didn't ask them to do. I was very happy with them.

My roof needed needed a lot of work and I couldn't have just any roofer do the job. We found Kelly Roofing on Angie's List and called them right away. Mark Kelly came out to do an estimate. I had a lot of questions and it was obvious he new what I needed. He did not try to oversell and gave me options and good advice on roofing and venting. The estimate was in full detail about the work to be performed and was done professionally and exactly as described. The roofers came out Monday morning and went right to work (these guys are serious roofers). Care was given to protect the property from debris and we had no issues whatsoever. Mark and Nick Kelly came out to check on the work and Mark informed me of my decking problem and gave me some choices. Job was completed in one day. I have already been complimented by my neighbors about the new roof and how well these guys worked. I'm sure there are other good roofing companies around but I know for a fact Kelly Roofing is now my choice for roofing and I know if any issues arrive with my roof I will have complete confidence in knowing they will be here. Thank you Mark and Nick and the rest of the crew on a job well done.

Estimate was high end, but reputation from others in neighborhood were all excellent. Very professional, came in on estimate. Kept to schedule. Very fast installation. Had a large enough crew that was done with entire roof in 3days, rather than too small of a crew dragging it out. Roof workmanship was excellent (Some amateur experience in roofing myself). All leaks fixed, major storms since then including Ike, with absolutely no problems.

They did a good job. They did a great clean up with picking up all of the debris.

They are so great! I just love this company! They did a nice job, they do what they say they are going to do. They are always there to help in between jobs. I got several estimates for this job and their price was right in the middle and they did more work than we originally thought.

Mark Kelly responded immediately to my request for a bid. His bid was thorough and reasonable. I reviewed the roof and gutter options, made my selection. The work was scheduled - approximate due to the volume of requests resulting from storm damage to many homes in the area. The work was done somewhat earlier than projected. The work was done quickly, cleanly and efficiently. The workers were professional and did impressive work. A number of neighbors were impressed with the quality of the work and asked who did the work. The new roof and gutters have been great. I would not hesitate to go to Kelly again, nor would I hesitate to recommend them - as I have already.

Replacing the roof was ok, but the flashing work was inadequate. We had a recurrent leak around the chimney that had been plaguing us for several years. It would happen about every other year until recently, when it became every year in the winter/spring. Everytime you have someone out to fix it, you think it's ok, until the next winter, then it would happen again. It didn't happen during the heavy spring and fall rains. Ray St. Clair came out to fix it previously and it leaked again. We had Ray St Clair come out again to look at it and they came up with various fixes including flashing and underlayment etc, around the chimney base where it joins the roof. The most thorough fix was going to cost over $3000. We had Kelly come out, and they said the underlayment was not necessary, and they proposed to do the whole roof with flashing around the chimney for $9000. That sounded reasonable. They were prompt and punctual and got the job done in a total of 3 days time about 1 month later. Kelly also came back to place a gutter apron around an area where the roof shingles were trimmed too short over our gutter system so that water was leaking between the gutter and the fascia board. That was good of them. Now the bad news. The problem is that neither Ray St.Clair nor Kelly would tell us or knew what the problem really was, which was staring at them in the face. The chimney was too high and made an odd angle with the roof, so we couldn't assess the problem and see it for ourselves. We finally had Chimney care come out after the problem continued despite the whole roof replacement, and they took pictures which showed us that the wood frame of the chimney was rotting both at the base and at the top of the chimney box (it's a gas fireplace with a wooden chimney box around the central pipe, not brick). Caulk was old and pulling away at the top and bottom. Leaves built up at the corners of the chimney where it met with the roof. So fundamentally, both Ray St. Clair and Kelly Roofing were oblivious to the obvious problems. Ray St. Clair obviously wasn't fixing the problem correctly for years, and Kelly just wanted to do the whole roof. I had a recommended General contractor come out who examined the problem and came up with a very reasonable fix. He replaced the rotten wood frame and placed alumnium over them. The siding was removed and revealed an non-wrapped wooden frame board that was rotting from repeated water exposure. He replaced that and placed a felt wrap around the upper section of the chimney. The flashing placed by Kelly Roofing was only 2 inches high and should have been 8 inches around the chimney with the roof slanting toward the base of the chimney. He had a roof subcontractor replace the roof in that area with a metal roofing material that included 8 inches of flashing up the side of the chimney. The total cost was $1600 which is much better than the $3000 Ray St. Clair fix and the $9000 Kelly Roofing fix.

Prompt response to request for bid. Completed work quickly and cleaned up afterward.

They were all polite and after each day's work left our property in a neat condition. The job was finished as estimated and we were very pleased with the outcome.

Mark Kelly was very professional. No subcontractors were used. Employees took great pride in their work and did a super job! I highly recommend them. Mark suggested going with two turbine vents for our second story since we have had problems keeping it cool in the summertime (it was previously un-vented). The vents were installed in the rear of the house, and the vents barely show if you're looking at the front of the house.

We set a date to start the project for 3 weeks out, he showed up 4 days later while I was at work. Would not return repeated phone calls. Poor workmanship, poor customer service regarding returning phone calls. His pricing was competitive, but I would definitely tell friends considering Kelley Roofing to run the other way as fast as they could.
