Kelly Roofing was very organized, delivering the materials the day before the work was to begin. They did a good job of keeping us informed of what was happening - and weather delays. The entire project took only two days. And it looks great! They have been responsive to our requests for them to repair a leaking downspout. This work has not yet been successfully completed but they are cooperative as we attempt to remedy the situation.
Description of Work: Kelly Roofing replaced the entire roof after we received hail damage. Mark was very helpful in every aspect of the project from selecting shingles to return visits to repair a leaking downspout.

VERY NICE TO WORK WITH. DID A GREAT JOB. THEY EVEN (PROMPTLY) RESPONDED TO A REPORTED LEAK WE HAD, AND IT TURNED OUT TO BE A PROBLEM WITH A SKYLIGHT. HE WENT AHEAD AND FIXED IT FREE OF CHARGE. WE ALSO HAD OUR DRIVEWAY CRACK UNDER THE WEIGHT OF THE ROOFING TRUCK WHILE THE SERVICE WAS BEING DONE. THEY MADE SURE WE HAD OUR DRIVEWAY FIXED (CONCRETE LIFTING) AND PAID FOR IT COMPLETELY.

THE CREW WAS FAIRLY ON TIME. THEY BROUGHT WITH THEM THE PROPER EQUIPMENT. THE TOOK PRECAUTION TO AVOID DAMAGING THE DRIVE. THEY EXPLAINED THE WHOLE PROCESS. THEY DO NOT REQUIRE A DEPOSIT. THE CREW WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY STRIPPED OFF THE ORIGINAL SHINGLE ROOF. THEY INSTALLED NEW FELT AND RIDGE VENTS THROUGHOUT. THEY REPLACED SOME PLYWOOD AND RE-FLASHED THE ENTIRE ROOM. THEY INSTALLED NEW DIMENSIONAL THIRTY INCH SHINGLES USING NAIL GUNS AND HAND NAILING. THEY REMOVED ALL TRASH FROM OUR SITE. THEY CLEANED UP OUR SITE. THEY TOOK EXTREME PRECAUTION TO PROTECT ALL OF OUR PROPERTY.
