+ -1 moreKeller sent an experienced flooring man (Donnie) to assess the situation and to suggest possible solutions. He immediately ordered materials needed, arranged delivery, set a date for the work and came by to inspect the work being done.This was in stark contrast to working with Lowes who forced us to make enquireries every step of the way because nothing took place unless we did. We are very satisfied with the work done by Chris and Mike Meyer from Keller.
Description of Work: Keller was called out to my home by Lowes to redo a wood floor that had been installed by another installer (that was sent by Lowes). They replace 2/3 of the frloor, reinstalled a banister, repair/replace a threshold and fill in holes in the side walls.

+ -1 moreCalled the guy & left a message about needing a home repair. He returned call a few days later and set an appointment to come look at the repair for an estimate. Said he would call before coming out on Saturday the 12th. Never called, never showed.

+ -1 moreI have since then had a problem with the chimney which they are following up on. The countertops in the kitchen are gorgeous. Very clean with their work. I feel safe with them coming in and out of my house when I am not home.
Description of Work: Rebuilt a chimney. They also remodeled my kitchen as well.
