+ -1 moreOur garage contained a lot of remodeling debris, trash, and yard waste from work done over the last several months. We live a few hours away, so we texted a few pictures of what needed to be cleaned out and Joe gave us a reasonable quote. He came out the next morning to do the clean out, and sent us a photo of the inside of the garage when he was done. The communication was excellent, the job was well done, and I would hire him again.

+ -1 moreOf all the places I contacted, they were the most responsive. They came quickly, at the time they specified, were very polite and worked quickly. At the end of the transaction, the guy came back after leaving because he realized he'd overcharged me by $50. That's an unusual brand of honesty in this service line. Will definitely recommend.
Description of Work: We had a load of ruined material from a basement flood that needed to be removed. The total amount looked like about two pick up trucks full.

+ -1 moreProvider gave me a courtesy call when he was running a few minutes late due to traffic. Provider had to dismantle the refrigerator in order to get it out of the building. He was very efficient and careful when he performed the task. I am very happy with the service and the price.

Description of Work: Demolished and removed 2 old wood decks, 1 hot tub, and a roof/trellis over 1 deck. Started the day estimate was given, Sat. 7/9/11, and finished the next evening, 7/10/11. The work was difficult due to many factors, some unseen. Completed very quickly and as promised. All wood and other materials hauled away by job completion. Weather was very adverse, hot and humid. Provided advice about future improvements and relative costs. Friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend highly. I have never had a contractor respond and finish the work so quickly. Given the difficulties encountered in the work, the price was reasonable and competitive.

+ -1 moreThey did a very nice job. There were three men who worked to disassemble and remove the deck and hot tub. They were polite and hard-working. They loaded everything without leaving any markings in our yard.
Description of Work: Disassembled and hauled away a deck and hot tub. This required cutting the deck and tub apart and carrying across our yard.

Description of Work: DEMOLISHED AND REMOVED BACKYARD PLAYSET. POSTS WERE CEMENTED IN, SO JUST ENOUGH CONCRETE WAS REMOVED SO THAT THEY CAN BE COVERED WITH DIRT AND GRASS.
