A girlfriend of mine suggested I call an old college roommate of hers named Jill Smith (who at the time was with another real estate co). We set an appt. she showed up at the exact time and quot; points from meand quot; as I have always been a very prompt person.We walked through the hole house Jill pointing out things as we went that could be tweaked to make the house more showable. ie: too much clutter, maybe a plant, move a table across the room, paint in a couple of rooms.As I mentioned above, It worked, or her ideas worked. My house sold. and that what counts
Description of Work: Jill sold my parents estate. She advised us on everything we needed to do ahead of time to get the house ready to show. The house was located in a neighbor with alot or similar houses so she was able to come up with an agreeable selling price.It sold within 45 days.We have kept in touch with Jill throughout the years and are very fond of her and her family.
