 + -1 moreWe have recommended him too many people. He always found good renters for it. The price was a finder's fee and a percentage of the rent. He was extremely professional and he researched potential renters for us. In one case, we had not so good renters and he efficiently had them leave. It was a nice home in a good neighborhood in Cincinnati. He always kept a good eye on the house while we were gone.
Description of Work: We used Jerry Smithson to manage our home for 15 years while we were over seas.
