They came on time and did an excellent job. The only problem was that it had snowed that morning (the only day of the year for it to occur) and their truck skidded on my blacktop driveway. They took $100 off the price of service and I thought the marks would leave my driveway, but they didn't. I have to get it resealed. It is my fault for not getting back in touch with them to let them know, so the problem is with me, not their service. They did everything that was asked and I would have no problem using them again. My driveway is an issue, but it is my issue since I didn't persue the problem.

He is always one time and very responsive to my calls. They do high quality work and are very professional.

We did not have much snow that year, but he did what he could to prevent ice. Good work and will use him again if needed!

They did a good job too. They did get caught behind because of the weather, but it was out of their control. However, they did everything I asked them to do and hauled away what needed to be removed.

Company offered a deal on Angie's list. We contacted the company and scheduled a time before our wedding, so the yard would look nice, as it was an outdoor ceremony. As the date approached, we called several times to confirm, but the calls were not returned. The wedding date was quickly approaching, so we made other arraignments. We continued to call in order to get a refund, finally reaching the owner. When my wife asked why none of our calls were returned, he said that he was too busy because of the Angie's List deal. We did finally get our money back, but will not use this service again. Ever.

Everything went very well. This company did a good job. They did everything they said they would do and I would recommend them.

They came out pretty quickly and got things done right away. The work looked good.

We needed a walkway from our patio, around the side of the house and out to the for an estimate and began work on schedule.- about 40' long by 4' wide. Andrew from Dunninady came by the same day I called him to provide a very reasonable estimate. Work was started on schedule and considering the winter weather, completedly very promptly. We are very happy with the appearance and quality of the walkway and we're having Dunninady come back in the spring for mulching.

Do to my schedule, I was unable to make personal contact with JD Dunninaday Landscapes. I gave verbal orders over the phone and left a detailed list of work to be performed inside the storm door. My list was completed as I wished, all removed items were disposed of and the area was cleaned up. I was very satisfied with their work and would use them again.

Dunninaday had a little bit of miscommunication on cleaning up the whole yard for the price vs working a limited number of hrs . It turned out ok with my whole yard getting cleaned up of leaves as promised. i think they had more business and bigger jobs than they anticipated from their offer through Angie's list deals. this put them a little behind schedule too. But it was all ok.

We bought an AL big deal, which we used for the majority of the work, and then paid them for additional work. They called and kept me informed every step of the way. They were a little more expensive than I expected (for the additional work, based on cubic feet of mulch needed), but they didn't promise one price and charge a different one.

,Time and cost are very approximate. It took some time to connect with the owner/operator with his explanation being they had been very busy and he had lost his phone for a few days. They arrived punctually, did the work we agreed on and cleaned up well. I was pleased with this. I did leave while they worked and was told how long they would be there. I said I would be back before they left, and was, but they had left. I, maybe mistakenly, thought I would get a follow up call/note concerning the work, etc, but, to date, have heard nothing. The work was adequate, but I feel the professionalism was lacking.

They were very fast and professional and gave a very precise estimate of the cost. The yard look great afterwards. I would definitely hire this company again. Reasonable price (especially with an angie's list big deal) and very responsive customer service, something you don't find very easily in this type of industry.

Prompt, courteous, and did very well to remove all leaves both out in the open and hidden.

JD Dunninaday was fantastic. The owner was easy to reach, and I was able to schedule the work quickly. Originally, my leaves were going to be carted off in a truck, but the owner who came by at the end of the job, noticed that my neighborhood collects leaves. He offered to do extra work since he didn't have to cart off the leaves. He also gave me advice on how to prepare my soil for a vegetable garden. I feel I got my money's worth with this company. Excellent service!

Excellent work. J.D. Dunninaday Landscapes kept out yard beautifully manicured for the entire season. What a joy to come home and see everything done beautifully after our initial visit and "walk through". Outstanding service. Exceptionally reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I think the company overbooked what they could handle. They kept telling me that in lieu of doing the work they would refund my money. I insisted they do the work.

I purchased the deal on November 7, 2011. I called either that day or soon afterwards. I left a message on his answering machine. He never called me back. I called back about a week later and talked to him. He seemed personable enough. He said he was very busy but said he would get back to me. He called back a few weeks later. He set up a time for the second weekend of December. He said it would be one of three days depending on the weather. I told him I would be here all three days. He never showed up. I got tired after three times of calling him back so I dropped it. I definitely would not recommend him. I just decided to get a refund on the deal.

We needed to spruce up our landscape in preparation of listing our house for sale. We purchased a big deal and were extremely happy with the cost and results.

He did a great job with the rock. He was very accommodating.

This is the third year in a row I've used these folks to clean all the leaves in the fall. Overall, I'm satisfied with their services and will likely continue to use them next year for the same work. They roll in on the day planned, get the work done and move on. A crew of four came in and raked, blew and removed a large back yard, pretty much covered in leaves in 2 hours (8 hours total). It would have taken me 12 and I'd still have to figure out what to do with the leaves. Communication is good and prompt.

I had a great experience with JD Dunninaday! They were professional and on-time and did just what wanted. They also gave me some useful suggestions. Very happy with the results.

First of all the job is a WOW job, the price was very good, and the crew including the owner were courteous and worked very hard. They have transformed our backyard and the driveway bed. We can't wait to use the seating area.The one problem was having Andrew remember from one day or part of the day some of the details we discussed and decided on. As he handles bids, booking, contracts, payment ,and works on the job he is very busy to say the least. He and the crew were very willing to complete the job to my satisfaction, however. As the grass was planted one week ago we do not know how that will grow.

Very well. The owner helped us decide where to put our patio and did all the design for it and the landscaping (which we really needed). He has great vision and suggested the types of stones we might like - what would look good and what wouldn't. He kept us informed at all times and answered all of our questions. The results are beautiful. We finished too late in the year to really enjoy it, but we're sure we'll get a lot of use out of it. There were some delays but they were weather related. We changed our minds a couple of times through the process and they were very accommodating. Unexpected work on our sprinkler system that went on at the same time didn't deter them. We highly recommend this company.
