My driveway is getting old and showing signs of wear, including cracks and an area where the rebar is exposed. There is also a hole that continues to erode underneath as a result of water runoff. I did not want to have my driveway repaved due to the expense so I stopped into Janell Concrete and Masonry in Blue Ash for the first time based upon the recommendation of a contractor. I'm certainly glad I did. The staff was very professional and helpful. I suppose I should also add patient since it took me a while to fully comprehend what I needed to do and the products best suited to my project. (I'm not really the handywoman type.) They explained just what steps were necessary, drew illustrations to help me understand, and repeated until I really got it. They offered the most economical solutions and never pressured me to buy anything. They also provided samples so that I could go home, check the proper fit for the expansion joints, measure the lengths, and then come back and buy only what I need to get the jobs done. I've shopped in many, many upscale retail stores in my life and can honestly say that I've rarely received such amazing customer service as I did in this building supply store. I highly recommend them.
