Excellent job! They even detected a small nick in the glass, were careful to show where the nick was, and then took it back to the shop to get another piece of glass.

I contacted several companies when a branch fell on our car and broke the windshield. One was out of business, a couple didn't call back, and one couldn't fit us in quickly enough. This was one of those, "creeping cracks in the windshield because some sort of rock hit it" things. You know, covered by insurance, with a small deductible. I chose them based on Angies List reviews and they lived up to them. They were punctual, professional and clear about how long I should wait before driving or taking the car through a car wash. I have had no problems with the replacement windshield. I would certainly use them again. They were terrific.

The technician (Blake) was very professional and accommodating. I was originally scheduled on a day with uncertain weather. He arrived and after discussion we rescheduled for two days later. He was very understanding about my discomfort with a possible pop up shower and was not annoyed at all at having to reschedule. Two days later he and another technician arrived on time and replaced the windshield in the stated 30-40 mins. He gave me all the proper instructions and said to call if I had any questions. Great service and super nice guys. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent, could not have asked for better. This was covered by my insurance. I called insurance on Monday, they contacted the service provider who called me back very quickly. I was informed i would receive a call on Tuesday morning with a two hour window of arrival. I got that call and they arrived promptly on time. They were very professional and pleasant and seemed very skilled and efficient. I was curious and stayed to watch the process and they kindly explained every step as well as gave me very clear instructions for how to care for windshield after replacement. Also provided was a phone number to reach them if I had any issues at all and that they guaranteed their work (parts and labor) indefinitely. Great service and very pleased!

J Royce set my appt with a two hour window, to replace my windshield. They called and gave me an update when they were on the way. They got to my work and we extremely fast, professional, and knowledgeable about the issues. They worked directly with my insurance company, and took that hassle away from me. Since I have had my new windshield, I have had zero problems. Unless I tell someone about my new windshield, they wouldn't know. Seriously J Royce is the way to go, they hold every promise they make and perform superior service. One of the gentlemen went over the recycling process of my material. They thought of everything, I like how clean the process was as well. Nothing left behind. Fantastic company

Punctual arriving to home, windshield repaired as quoted.

The window(s) install went well. I developed an issue with the door locks not actuating a couple of days later. I called Blake and he responded quickly to diagnose the problem. The fault was found in a couple of bad trim pieces near the door locks. Blake obtained the two pieces and promptly replaced them. No issues afterward! I have used other auto glass repair/installers in the greater Cincy area for work over the past 30 years. Blake rates as one of the best.
