It was an easy and efficient process. After looking at their website, I determined what type and size case I thought we needed. www.displaycasej.com I sent an email to John with my request and he responded immediately with his helpful suggestions for size and type of base. Once I placed my order, I received an email confirmation. It is hassle-free,especially since they offer several ways to place an order and many payment options. John is always professional and responsive and he kept me notified of my order status throughout the whole process; he is also available by phone if needed. Since the items are fabricated to order, it takes some time to receive the order (although they do offer a "rush" option for $35 if you need the item in 2 weeks), but it is well worth the wait! The quality of their products is outstanding. This is the second display case I have ordered from John and would certainly order one again if the need arises. The packaging is exceptional, since the item is fragile, and the item arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Provider sent emails confirming details of our order. Provider completed work sooner than promised completion date. Provider did not require payment until product was completed and ready to ship. Provider shipped in sturdy packaging to ensure safe delivery.

J-Display cases did a fantastic job. The cases were perfect in every aspect. There were no flaws, no scratches, and sized perfectly as requested. The cases and bases were perfectly matched and fit exactly. The cases were packaged for shipment in an extremely robust fashion, and they arrived w/o any damage whatsoever. I couldn't have been more pleased, they were the perfect final touch to the two museum quality models I had purchased. The cases were custom build, and because of this it did take a bit longer to fabricate and receive them, but the wait was worth it. This said, J-Display Cases does have some in stock if they meet your needs, and I have no doubt the quality would be the same exceptional standard. The cases were not "inexpensive", although I did a fair amount of research and found their prices to be more than reasonable for the quality of the product...You can find less costly, but not of the same quality or case thickness...I was more than sati stifled with the overall price. Finally, J-Display cases were a pleasure to work with, they were very responsive, answered all my questions and followed up with me to insure my satisfaction. They were also very helpful in providing cleaning and care instructions to insure the cases remained in pristine condition. Again, I could not have been more pleased.
