Everything was perfect from the first contact to discussion of my needs, services and materials available, to construction methods. John took more than enough time to explain every phase of the transaction and actually made me feel like a friend. The end product was top quality, very reasonably priced, well packed and delivered safely. The only downside if there was one, was the length of time for manufacturing. 1st case was unfortunately damaged in shipping. Very professional response by seller. He remade and shipped new one lightening fast. Great communicator . it looks fantastic. I highly recommend this fabricator.

The display case is beautiful and as ordered. My husband's chess set will now be safe from our cats. I gave a B for price only because it was expensive and for punctuality only because it took a long time. However, they were up front about how long it would take and the price was reasonable based on the end product and the fact that there are really no other sellers out there making the same product of this quality.

From beginning to end John was incredibly responsive, highly professional and a pleasure to work with. John responded to my emailed request for a quote within less than an hour. He worked closely with me to explain the process and finalize the design. He delivered a beautifully fabricated custom cover right on schedule. Unfortunately I discovered an error with the back panel. I notified John of the error. I was not sure whether it was my responsibility for conveying the measurements wrong or whether it was an error in fabrication. John contacted me right away, reviewed our previous communications, and indicated it was their mistake and that he would address the problem immediately. Within 48 hours I had the new cover in hand and it was flawless. My experience with John and J-Display Case was outstanding. He did a fantastic job throughout the process, and when we encountered what was clearly a rare mistake, John addressed it perfectly. Sometimes it's how you deal with a problem that really sets you apart. John turned a mistake into a very satisfied customer. Well done John!

The experience was very professional. It was really nice to talk to someone who was more than happy to take the time necessary to walk me through the precise way he wanted me to measure the item and giving him the measurement right over the phone and this case is (perfection) very very happy and am happy to recommend and will definitely be doing business in the future again.

He’s great about taking the time to iterate on the design (my cases have not been standard items, do it takes a bit of planning and design to complete) He’s pretty much my go-to for prop displays. This was an absolutely excellent experience in every way. John does terrific work, and clearly takes pride in his product. What I received was better than my best hopes, and the price was very reasonable.

First, John work is top notch. The dust cover I received exactly matched the dimensions ordered. The joinery and polish work are perfect! Do not discount the importance of proper packaging for shipping, and I can attest to the fact that in that are Jhon is also first rate! John is definitely committed to quality and he is also committed to customer service. We had a devil of a time getting fedex to sort out their delivery problems. John was on the phone to FedEx numerous times on my behalf to get the order on my doorstep. The initial quote was very competitive, much cheaper than other case manufacturers. The final product came in a very sturdy box with packing peanuts, with the case wrapped in a plastic bag. The case fits perfectly with my project. I would contact these guys again if I need another display case.
