I was very happy with him. He explained what my problem was and he explained it to me. I had viruses from two 16 year olds using my machine but he cleared it all up, brought it back and it works just fine. I saw the sign on the street and decided to see what he said. He completely cleaned my computer up and re-programmed it. He explained to me what had happened. My computer just would not work because it said it had viruses on it and it was a mess, I knew it. I didn’t think it would be fixed and I would have to buy a new one. My computer was a mess and he cleared it up and kept it for one day. He did everything that was needed. I found out that my warranty on the anti-virus expired and it was letting viruses into my computer. I paid $100 and it included a year’s protection from viruses. The price was excellent considering what he did. I called him and I took it in, he said he would have it ready the next day but I couldn’t pick it up until a few days because I was busy. I am not into computers and he explained to me what was going on and I understood it and that is unbelievable.
