******BUYER BEWARE****** WE BOUGHT APRIL 2020 THEY DONT TELL YOU EVERYTHING UPFRONT AND LIE TO GET YOUR SALE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! They are liars the sales people tell you a bunch of **** on what their "warranty" covers to get a sale but its a bunch of ****! We paid IN FULL $2500 in April of 2020 for a system and 2 dogs. Everything was pretty good until on a couple of the last appointments they "trainers" never showed up. So Rolo to this day still has not graduated. NO worries I said nothing he was trained so we moved on. The sales lady told us that they had a LIFETIME WARRANTY on their products like the wire and the computers for the collars and the panel. Ya know b/c they "back up their equipment" Well last year had to to call b/c the collar failed they tried to charge us for it and of course I refused b/c we were told that the computer had a lifetime warranty if it was no fault of ours and it wasn't we dont know why the computer failed? anyway they did end up replacing the collars once I called them out on the "warranty" ok fast forward. Outside this morning and all the sudden there was a beeping noise. found out it was the panel and the light was red and beeping. he said it was a line break asked if we have done any yard work etc and no we have not and there has been no yard digging work. he said they can come out but it was going to be $299 for one thing and $179 for the other thing. then of course I get upset b/c I have the contract in FRONT OF ME where it CLEARLY states there is a limited lifetime warranty on their equipment as long as the purchaser owns the equipment. it says includes electrical damage but they guy on the phone said "yes but not line breaks" OHHH??? BTW the sales lady said NOTHING of xtra money having to be paid and that it didnt cover lone breaks which im pretty sure she made it sound like it did lol you know sales people will say ANYTHING TO GET SALE and she knew we were paying in cash in full. she HAD To get that commission. it sayd it covers R21/22 platinum and titanium, r51 titanium in mean *** IS THAT LOL but NO WHERE NO WHERE DOES IT STATE THERE ARE ADDITONAL SERVICE FEES LIKE $300 ONES AND $179 ONES NOWHERE does it state that is DOESNT COVER line breaks! btw its been 3 years and they still havent graduated my dog LOL *********BUYER BEWARE ALSO THEY TELL YOU THAT WHEN YOU MOVE THEY MOVE IT FOR FREE 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I CLEARLY ASKED HIM ON THE PHONE JUST NOW IF THAT WAS ******** TOO AND GUESS WHAT LOLOL IT IS!!!! THERE IS INFACT A REINSTALL FEE!!!! ITS NOT FREEE DONT DO IT WASTE OF $3K SYSTEM THAT WE CANT USE B/C IM NOT PAYING $300 FOR THEM TO FIX IT ITS JUNNK THEY LIE TO GET A SALE!**********

The technician who did the installation was friendly and prompt. Unfortunately they could not get the new system up and running (as stated above), so the owner called me directly to attempt to resolve the issues. I felt he was extremely rude to me during the call, my neighbor can attest to this as she was standing by during the consultation. He offered a solution of having me ask one of my neighbors to change their providers, which would make me feel a bit uncomfortable and he says that is the only solution. The strange thing about this quote is that prior to my dog passing, my neighbors both had the dog watch fencing already and we had no issues with my invisible fence that was previously set up. I feel I should not be charged for a system that he cannot get to work, and I should not have to address my neighbors to make any adjustments to their own property.

installation went great, training not so much and my desire to turn up the charge on my over zealous puppy was met with resistance. I could tell my golden retriever pup (male) would rather get the sting than to miss an opportunity to meet another dog. in order to up the charge beyond the training visits you wither needs to pay $100 or drive (forever) to their location and lobby to have it turned up. That's a pain. It would be better if they listened more and made changes without such a huge fee.

It's outstanding. It's very pleasant and their service is very good. I like their different and advanced technology and it looks better. It's very, very impressive.

They were very good. The installers that came in were very friendly. I thought that they were professional. They came in, did their job and let me know when they're done. They pointed put everything that I needed to know.

It's going well and I'd recommend them. They have a money back guarantee, which is wonderful! The technicians are very professional and will do two training sessions with the dog. So far, we're very happy with it!

The fence was installed on time and the whole process was very professional. The representative, office staff, installer and trainers were all extremely pleasant and professional. We went with the Boundaries Plus system as our yard is small. The sales person explained everything very well and this was the best solution for our little 8 lb. Morkie. Also, the micro collar piece is the smallest I saw of the three companies that were previewed. The Boundaries Plus system lets our dog go close to the wire, where the other companies seemed to offer a 2' or more tone from the actual wire (correction), which would be fine, except our yard is very small and would not work in our situation. Highly recommend!

They were very nice and helpful! We've been happy with our new invisible fence and the dog is now used to his new boundaries!

It was great. They are very nice people and they took enough time to train the dog. If I had any problems, I could call them and they would always come and check. We liked them a lot. The price was good because we checked all other prices. It was quick. They were punctual and very professional.

Overall, I am amazed by the results we've enjoyed. Our dog, Alvin, LOVES to chase squirrels at any opportunity. Before the invisible fence, and despite our most diligent efforts, we'd lose him for hours at a time. Since having the Boundary Plus system installed, I can think of one time he broke through, darted down the driveway, and was back in his yard within seconds; no others break-throughs since! I've used other systems with other dogs in other homes, and what I love about this product is that the collar's response is directional. If broken-through, it corrects for as long as Alvin is facing away from home, but as soon as Alvin turns toward our yard, the correction ceases. I think this technology is the reason we've had such clear success with our stubborn little runner. Alvin is a much happier dog and we are more relaxed pet owners. It was worth every penny!

Their technician, James, arrived close to the time prediction, phoned to me a day ahead of the actual service call. He went straight to work finding, and repairing, the breaks in my fence. In my installation, this is no easy task. I have in excess of 2000' of wire installed over a hilly and often brush choked wooded lot. The difficult terrain, coupled with several inches of snow over frozen ground made the search and repair difficult at best. Despite the poor footing, James never complained nor stopped to rest until the job was done. I was impressed, and would definitely recommend the Invisible Fence repair service to anyone having difficulty finding a break in their fence.

It was kind of expensive, but the fence has worked well for my dogs, which is the main thing. I have four dogs including a West Highland White Terrier and a Brittany Spaniel. They will come out and do maintenance on the fence only if I call them, and it would cost $150 or something like that. They don’t have to come out if I am handy with tools and know how to fix it. The first time they installed it, I paid about $800, which included a couple of collars. The power does not have to change depending on the number of dogs I have. My dogs are pretty well trained for the yard now. Some dogs like the Alaskan Malamute and the Greyhound can withstand the shock and go right through though. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

The quote was free but I didn’t use them because of the price. The salesperson was a little pushy so I was turned off by that.

The repairman from the previous service was courteous. He had explained what he was doing and that since he did not have all the necessary equipment he would be stopping by to complete the service and I did not have to be there. He said he would bill me just for the supplies and time and not for his initial call fee. However, this recent call was to bury the line that should have been underground and for which I had been charged and paid for from the earlier visit. For him to charge and not consult me about this last call is unacceptably unprofessional. He did not bother to even call me from his service vehicle while in the driveway. I HAVE NEVER GIVEN ANY COMPANY PERMISSION TO KEEP MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON FILE . I FEEL THIS WAS HANDLED IN A COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE MANNER. The office staff member said she would refund the cost of the call and only charge for the labor time. This is acceptable and I am waiting for the refund to show on the credit card statement. Apparently refunding money to the customer takes longer than charging it.

OUR DOGS STARTED TO RUN THROUGH THE ELECTRIC FIELD & IT WASN'T EVEN SLOWING THEM DOWN. I CALLED TO THE OFFICE & THEY TRIED TO HELP US RIGHT AWAY. THEY SCHEDULED A TIME FOR THEIR SERVICE MAN TO COME & ENCOURAGED US TO COME IN & HAVE THE RECEIVERS TESTED RIGHT AWAY. WE FELT THEY WE VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR CONCERNS & NEEDS.

Excellent! The laying of the fence was approximately 2 1/2 hours. Shawn was our trainer. He was very knowledgable, patient and thorough with us. Our dog is a very fast learner, therefore it was more of an owner issue:) He came out to do the initial training and 4 days later did follow-up training. The invisible fence people have called us twice to check and make sure things are going well.

Installers were early and did a good job of installing. Unfortunately, they tried to charge additional installation charges for installing under driveways and sidewalk. After speaking with the sales representative, they dropped 2/3 of the extra installation charges despite never disclosing any additional fees originally.

The installer came out and it took approximately 4 hours to install the wire completely around my house (in the rain) and install the control box in our garage, and also the little, white flags. He was friendly and informative and allowed us plenty of question and answer time. A few days later, the dog trainer came out and worked with us and our two dogs. It only took a couple of days and a couple of shocks, and the dogs learned their boundaries. It's wonderful, my husband and I love the freedom of just opening the door and letting the dogs out and no fences to have to trim around.

It was worth every penny. The instructions on how to train the dog were clear and to the point. We are very happy.

AFTER A RECENT ELECTRICAL STORM, OUR PET CONTAINMENT FENCE DIDN'T WORK. WE HAD JUST HAD THE FENCE REACTIVATED. THE TECHNICIAN WAS PROFESSIONAL AND WORKED QUICKLY TO FIX THE MAIN BOARD IN THE UNIT. HE WAS ALSO VERY THOROUGH, WALKING OUR WHOLE PERIMETER TO MAKE SURE IT WORKED. HE FOUND ANOTHER SECTION THAT DIDN'T WORK WHERE THE LIGHTENING PROBABLY HIT.

THE PERSONNEL WERE VERY HELPFUL. A NEW BATTERY WAS INSTALLED IN THE COLLAR THAT I BROUGHT TO THE LOCATION. THEN THEY SET UP THE AUTOMATIC MAILING OF A NEW BATTERY.

THE SERVICE WAS FINE, WHAT HAS HAPPENED IS THAT MY CAT HAS GOTTEN OUT WITH THE INVISIBLE FENCE COLLAR ON AND IS NOW GONE. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY WERE GOING TO CALL ME BACK AND THEY HAVE NOT AND DO NOT SEEM TO CARE. THE TRAINER SAID THAT HE NEEDS TO TALK TO SOMEBODY AND THEN WOULD CALL BACK TODAY AND NEVER DID. WHEN I CALLED TODAY, THEY SAID THAT THE PERSON (THE OWNER) HAD LEFT FOR THE DAY.

DID A GOOD JOB, AS ALWAYS, QUICKLY AND CORRECTLY.
