+ -1 moreLot of my furniture got delivered wrong. I had to get involved in resolving because they didn’t. It was a real mess. I had to deal with the President of the furniture manufacture who said that he was embarrassed that he even shipped it to me.

+ -1 moreI think that they did a really great job. It looks excellent. My only concerns were the duration of time from ordering to hanging drapes, which was about six months and I thought that they were a little pricey.
Description of Work: Nancy Paul assisted us with selection of wall color and drapes for several rooms in our home. The price included drapes for three rooms and a window seat cover.
