John was very professional and arrived to the appointment on time. He is knowledgeable in his field and thoroughly cleaned up after himself, which really impressed up. He was able to work with my schedule and came in the evening which I appreciated. I've already called him in for a second job.

John was quick to respond to my original call and very patient and helpful as I had to call him a couple more times with questions before setting up appointment to do the work. When John came to do the work we walked through exactly what I wanted the final look to be before he started and then checked with me throughout the process to be sure everything was to my satisfaction. He even ran into some unexpected complications due to where the wall needing the outlets was. No shortcuts were taken, he took the proper steps necessary to do the job right. John was very professional and did a great, quality job that my family is very happy with. Also in addition to electrical and home theatre work he also sells DIRECT TV so if you are thinking of getting it or have any questions give him a call.

He responded quickly to our request for an estimate and provided us with a written estimate that included the purchase of a swivel bracket. We set up an appointment for a few weeks later to allow time for the bracket to be ordered and received. He came out and did the work we asked for in a timely manner. He cleaned up after himself and was easy with our two old dogs. The bill was the same as his estimate. No add on charges. I would definitely call him again with other electrical work.

I found John Romig, president of the company, who did my service, to be prompt, helpful and knowledgeable. He not only knew how to connect the TV, he also could connect the Bose sound system. He did all quickly and correctly. He discovered I had bought something he could use but I did not need, and suggested that I return it, saving considerable money.
